This stunning ocean view apartment is decorated in a contemporary style. It has a king bed in the master suite with en-suite bathroom and a bunk bed in the second bedroom with built in wardrobe and vanity area. The kitchen is fully equipped and welcomes you with a the option of a stocked fridge and bar. All Egyptian cotton towels and high thread count linens are provided and changed on a weekly basis. Cardiff, the capital city of Wales, has an amazing array of things to do to keep visitors occupied all year round. Harbour Point sits just about in the middle of Mermaid Quay and it is aptly positioned. A definite "jewel in the crown" of the picture perfect area of Cardiff Bay. The flat was lovely and just as described and photographed - which we all know, isn't always the case!
Clean, well organized and well equipped, it made my stay in the Bay a pure joy. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, even on a rainy day -not that is rains much in Cardiff. :)
Katy was a joy to deal with...fast, efficient, friendly and quite professional. I highly recommend the property, the area and the owners! -

Me and my friends went down for a weekend and had an amazing time. The apartment was very modern and well equipped with a beautiful view from the balcony, this is where we spent most of the afternoon relaxing in the sun. The apartment is situated in a perfect location right next to lots of shops and restaurants and the centre of Cardiff is 5 mins in a taxi.
I will definitely be staying there again next time I go to Cardiff. -

Right in the heart of the bay, next to public transport and taxis to city centre. Such a secure location with underground, free, secure parking (but once parked you don't need to use the car again). The master bedroom is so comfortable and spacious and opens onto the balcony. Surroundee by bars and restaurants but no noise at all in the apartment. Absolutely reccomend this place.

The reception was very friendly and when necessary (e.g.technophobic inability to understand the Sky box) the support was just what was needed. Very clean. Excellent balcony for people watching (especially competitions guess which one's were going to be a customer at Harry Ramsdens :-))and looking out over the bay. Right in the heart of all that the Bay has to offer without any noise disturbance. Windows are a bit tricky to get the hang of at first but not a problem once the knack was learnt. Main bedroom a heavenly space. Worth ging just for that.

A very stylish apartment in a great location. Lots to do in Cardiff- the open air bus tour - hop on, hop off is a great service and takes you round all the major sights. Lots of popular restaurants all close at hand, and the Millennium Centre is great for a show.
The apartment was easy to find and the key handover was hassle free. The garage is not very easy to get in and out of as there are concrete pillars and very small spaces. We left the car in there and used public transport for a week. Cardiff Bay train station is very close by.
There is a lovely walk from the door called the `Cardiff Bay Barrage Coast Path`, well worth doing.
A clean, roomy, modern apartment that I would recommend. -

The apartment is very well equipped to function as a home away from home while enjoying an extended vacation or weekend getaway. Ideally located in Mermaid Quay and within walking distance to various shops, restaurants, pubs, movie theater, bowling, historical sites, Millennium Center and exhibits such as Dr. Who Experience. Various options are available near the apartment for transportation via taxi, bus, and water taxi to City Center. If you have kids with you the wonderful Techniquest is right next door to the apartment building. The apartment offers a great view of the bay, providing a very quiet and peaceful environment. It was a joy staying there and I look forward to a repeat booking the next time I'm able to visit Cardiff. The whole experience, from booking to enjoying the apartment, was very accommodating.

This was a fantastic appartment. We were taken in exactly as arranged. The flat was beautiful, well equipped for all the cooking we wished to do and had a wonderful view of Cardiff Bay. It is very close to the Millenium Centre- where we were attending an opera (2 mins walk). It is 30 secs away I from Mermaid Quay shops, and cafes etc. it is also easy to get to Cardiff Centre, Castle, museums and shops by riverbus- a very pleasant journey. All in all a wonderful place. I would love to go again. There were two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is smaller, but the main one is absolutely beautiful with a fantastic view.

I would certainly recommend this condo very highly. The building itself is really well maintained and secure. The condo was spacious (3 of us), very clean, nicely furnished and filled with all the necessary amenities. The master bedroom has a terrific view and a great ensuite, and the second bathroom is equally fine. We really didn't use the kitchen much at all but it seemed to be well supplied if one chose to cook. The location is good for dining or grabbing a quick coffee. The view from the patio is beautiful and we could enjoy it as we were lucky to not have rain! The train to the city centre is close and convenient, and though we didn't use it, the bus seemed to run often. A taxi to the city centre was approx. 6 or so pounds.
The condo building was extremely quiet but very close to nightlife if one so desired.
Picking up and dropping off the keys was very convenient, and specific instructions for rubbish and security were simple and clear.
This was a lovely experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 6 day stay in Mermaid Quay. The apartment is ideally situated near numerous restaurants and shops, just steps away. There's even a fish and chips takeout next store. We enjoyed the Domino's Pizza takeout less than 100M away - perfect for families after a busy day of sightseeing. We walked one day to the castle - it's possible but not something I'd recommend for everyone. The Millennium Centre is a 5 minute or less walk. Buses are easy but we ended up taking taxis, most everywhere in the city centre was reachable for 6 Gbps. The apartment was bright and warm and well equipped. Communication with the owners was easy. We were a little late driving in from London but we were met and given the keys and a quick walk thru as soon as we arrived. I would highly recommend this rental to couples or small families. By the way, we took a couple of tours while in Cardiff from a company called See Wales (www.seewales.com) which I would also highly recommend.

A perfect spot for anyone visiting Cardiff. The booking of the condo was a breeze. The owner, Katy, responded immediately to our email for information and we booked it with our credit card. When we arrived someone met us to give us the key. The condo overlooks the Bay and we sat on the balcony throughout our stay since the weather was unseasonally warm. Katy has thought of everything when furnishing the condo. We had all the comforts of home. The location was excellent. We walked down the pier to many of the restaurants or a stroll down the refurbished waterway to see the ocean. The walk to the City Centre was 15 minutes or 2 minutes by taxi. We will certainly recommend this condo to anyone we know that will be staying in Cardiff. Truly a 5 star accommodation!!!
