The cottage is wheelchair accessible. The cottage offers over 1,450 square feet of living area and a 200 foot frontage of rich red-sand beach on Boughton bay. This private property is 50 minutes from Charlottetown and on the inside spit of Boughton Bay. It is 15 minutes from Cardigan and 15 minutes from Brudenell and Dundarave, 2 of PEI's Championship Golf Courses. The red sand beach is excellent for swimming, beach combing, kayaking and clam digging at low tide. There is an oyster bed right in front of the cottage. Across the bay is the fishing village of Annandale and the Annandale Lighthouse. The location is peaceful, private and secluded and a haven for water fowl including Blue Herons, Cormorants , Sandpipers and Bald Eagles.
