This traditional, three bedroom property is able to sleep up to six people comfortably in a tranquil rural setting, blending rustic charm with modern convenience and positioned in an ideal location to explore the surrounding countryside. Set on a working dairy and sheep farm in the rural surroundings of Blaenporth is this traditional Welsh Farmhouse. Charming, welcoming accommodation offers guests a cosy living room with open fire, a country kitchen and a large, lawned garden – ideal for summer games outdoors and al fresco dining. Guests are invited to join in with life on the farm and pre-arranged activities include feeding of the cal...ves and lambs depending on the season. The property is also well placed for the waterfalls at Cilgerran, the market town of Cardigan and the beaches at Aberaeron and New Quay.

Off road parking for 3 cars. Large enclosed lawned garden with pond and patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Town: Set within easy reach of the sandy beach at Aberporth – just two miles away – is the small, scattered village of Blaenporth. Situated amidst pretty Welsh countryside, this charming hamlet is well placed for access to other popular spots along the beautiful coastline such as Llangrannog, New Quay and Aberaeron. All of these charming towns provide a variety of water sports facilities and the chance to spot the resident dolphins. Just six miles away is the lovely market town of Cardigan which offers a variety of shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants, as well as the Cardigan Island Coastal Farm Park. Cilgerran is also within easy reach and boasts a splendid castle, whilst Cenarth provides visitors with the chance to see traditional Welsh fishing on the local waterfalls in coracle boats. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  We loved our stay. It is very much a working farm and if you wish to join in then you are made very welcome. Feeding the calves and bringing in the geese - the children loved it. Just make sure you take wellies and some old clothes. Cottage is clean and comfortable and an ideal base for this area. Couple of miles from fantastic beach at aberporth. Just a couple of things; No dishwasher. Drive not good for sports cars, or low spoilers! A must - visit folly farm at Narberth, about an hours drive, good for all ages and plenty to do for the whole day, lots to do inside too, so OK for a bad weather day.

  This was the best weeks holiday my children and I have had for years. Practical and cosy accomodation set in loverly countryside. Not too far away from local ammenities, the beach and attractions. We had fantastic weather. Could not have asked for better and great value for money too!
