Two bedroom, first floor townhome located in gated, secure community. Enjoy the year-round heated pool with whirlpool, putt on the nearby putting green, or enjoy hikes to nearby Carefree and Cave Creek. Located near the foothills,the area is peaceful yet allows you the flexibilty of visiting nearby Sedona, Flagstaff, and the Grand Canyon. The unit inlcudes two separate bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two queen beds and sleeps 6 comfortably. Numerous golf courses are nearby, and tennis courts are available at the nearby Carefree Inn Resort.

Located in quiet area of Carefree yet close to shopping and the offerings of the greater Phoenix area. Black Mountain is a short distance away and is awesome for a moderate hike. Cave Creek is also just down the road and offers many restaurant and entertainment venues.

After days of research looking for a vacation place for my family (we're mid-late 40s with sons ages 14 and 11), I committed to this place in Carefree. My research paid off! The place was tremendous! The whole family loved it. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The building is quiet. The pool is nearby and beautiful. The owner of the condo and the manager were prompt in replying to any questions I had. I didn't need to contact them for any problems because there were none. Everything about our stay there was perfect. There is so much to do in the area - hiking, biking and kayaking. Sedona is less than 2 hours away. Our favorite activity was renting 2 person atvs and riding through the Tonto National Forest. We have traveled a fair amount as a family and we were all in agreement that this was the best vacation we have ever had and the best place we have ever stayed.

Very spacious and well-appointed two bedroom condo with everything you need for a relaxing vacation in sunny Carefree. The condo is over 2,000 square feet and all of the rooms are large. The condo complex is quiet and well-maintained. The beds are very comfortable. The condo has an excellent floorplan with two separate bedroom suites so it can easily accommodate two couples or a family with children. The town of Carefree is very charming and only a couple of minutes from the condo by car. This condo rental provides luxury accommodations at a very reasonable price.

My sisters and I couldn't have been happier... A enormous living space, comfortable beds, the hot tub under starlit skies, swimming laps in the heated pool, and gracious welcoming neighbors. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed the famous Golden Door Spa practically across the road, and hiking along Cave Creek. Our first time seeing all the amazing spring desert flowers We will be back!

Loved our stay in Villa 39a and would highly recommend it to others. It is beautifully decorated, extremely spacious, and has very comfortable bedding/towels, etc. We especially liked that the 2nd bedroom had its own suite; it was perfect for our teenage daughters.
Checking in and out was easy and the owners were very accommodating. We would definitely stay again and would absolutely recommend it to our friends, family, and anyone else visiting the area.
