This stunning 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom vacation rental has just been completely remodeled with travertine floors throughout and sits directly on the beach. Enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room with dramatic ocean views. Beautiful granite kitchen with all new stainless appliances including stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Oceanfront balcony sits right off of the living room. Wireless internet, flatscreen tv, dvd player, and all other amenties are included!

This home is located in the coastal town of Carlsbad, where the beaches are nothing short of spectacular, with wide sandy beaches and gorgeous waters year-ro...und. The home is located less than a block away from Downtown Carlsbad, where you can enjoy the boutiques, cafes, and all the other happenings, without ever having to get into a car. When it is time for dinner, there is an endless amount of delicious restaurants and cafes for you to choose from, but many choose to cook their meals at the vacation rental. Life doesn't get much better than having your close friends and family around, enjoying a glass of wine, preparing a scrumptious meal as you watch the sun go down on the horizon of the Pacific Ocean Fall asleep to the sound of the lulling waves, wake up and do it again.

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses.   Very impressed and pleased with this rental.
  
  1. Reservation experience was easy. Booked online and confirmation came right away.
  2. App integration. My confirmation had a link to an aPP that I downloaded to my phone. Within this app I was able to see the details of parking, map, door key, policies, amenities, things to do near by. I was also able to share the app with the other family that did the rental with us.
  3. First Impression - Arrived on property and it was very easy to get in based on the instructions. The place was immaculate. It was also prepared like a hotel in terms of towels, toiletries.
  4. Kitchen - was fully appointed and it even had more items than I expected. We cooked in and baked and it had all the bake ware.
  5. Location. Best location in Carlsbad.
  
  Overall. I work for a resort management company. My other works for one of the best hotels in San Diego. So we are quite familiar with the standards as it relates to luxury properties. We were both impressed with the levels we saw provided by Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals and we would recommend them to anyone. We actually hope to do this again as it was such a great experience.

  Overpriced and Overrated

  On the plus: It's a great beach and you can walk everywhere except the grocery store, which is good because parking is really bad. This house was small and cramped and uncomfortable, sleeps 9 but accommodates maybe 4. No balcony without going outside and downstairs to the world's smallest patio, again only fits 4 people. Kitchen was very small, furnishings were below average. Tv good for Dvr's, but since there is no guide and no clue what company furnishes the TV programs, impossible to watch. No where to put your stuff in any of the bathrooms except on the floor, even towels. I invited some friends who knew what I paid, and I was embarrassed. Left early. Feel very ripped off.

The 4-bedroom rentals in Oceanside and Encinitas are priced lower than the Carlsbad 4-bedroom. And, our luxury condos in Oceanside also offer more square feet.   if you stay at this property take a flashlight as the top of the stairs is not lighted and the stairs are in bad shape.
  Also hope there isnt a smoker in unit C because the smoke quickly overwhelms the patio of unit B

  We really had a great time.
  Hate to say anything negative- but there really is not a comfortable piece of furniture to SIT in. The beds are great, though.
  The cushions to the sofa/bed squish down into the couch and it is really uncomfortable. the other loveseat in too deep and too small for two people. The bar stools feel unstable. I loved the place and feel guilty saying anything, because it with that view-we shouldn't be indoors anyways. But, the sofa's are not comfortable for lounging.
  Thank you so much for a wonderful, wonderful weekend!! It was AMAZING! I will definatly use your homes again

  Best Beach...wait...BEST LOCATION in San Diego Period!!!

  I have stayed in several locations along the coast in San Diego and also with Beachfront Only's rental in other cities and although the properties are always luxurious I can say with confidence that this property is the best location there is. Once you're there you won't need to use your car because the beach is right out your back door and the darling village of Carlsbad with it's great Restaurants like El Norte and the fun shops are literally right out your front door and around the corner. Granted you pay a little more for Carlsbad but in my opinion it's more than worth it, especially when you've got young people in your group. They have the freedom to wonder and explore and you don't have to spend your vacation driving from place to place. You can just relax. Which is exactly what we were looking for and what we got. The property was beautiful, everything seemed brand new. I'll be honest the common areas and kitchen aren't as large and spacious as others that beachfront only has but it was very luxurious and spacious just the same and the location was just so great. I slept great in the comfy beds & pillows. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room give you an amazing view of the beach and sunset. It's also nice having a bathroom for every bedroom. The washers & dryers in the unit we very new and fancy. Overall this property was great and the location unbeatable. I'll see you all again soon, you can count on that.

  We had 12 people in our group and were very happy w/ the accommodations. Condo is very clean, has a great location, and plenty of baths. The beach is easily accessible and restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance.
  Only downside is there is only one television and a very rude neighbor who lives in the property next door. The neighbor constantly complained about us using her stairs and water running off from the balcony when we washed off a spill on the patio.
