I don't understand why we needed to rent the place for a week before they could figure out what needed to be fixed to make it comfortable. We stayed in Unit #4 which was up 3 flights of stairs (no elevator.) The main attraction to the unit was the huge balcony with a partial ocean view, which was wonderful, but the sliding door and screen to the balcony were broken, so we couldn't enjoy it until they fixed it 4 days into our stay. The toilet ran non-stop until they got the part to fix it 5 days into our stay. We had a wonderful time, but didn't like having to wait for a repair man to arrive during my vacation. Repairs should have been done in anticipation of someone renting the unit. At least they fixed things at my request.

We had such a wonderful time. Michael at the front desk was so helpful. We will definitely be comming back next year. Beachwalk Villas is our new vacation spot!
