Although this is our Primary residence, when we travel have chosen to share our beautiful Aviara home with special VRBO guests.

Gourmet kitchen has all utensils, cookware, coffee maker, and place settings needed. Includes dual ovens, microwave, solid granite countertops, and walk in pantry. Family-sized breakfast area overlooks the lushly landscaped backyard. SURPRISE gift basket awaits our guests and it'...s filled with "treats" and GIFT CERTIFICATES (like area restaurants and tourist attractions).

Upstairs Master Suite has a luxurious King size Tempur-Pedic bed, sitting area, fireplace, spa-like bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower, walk-in closet. Includes Luxury bedding. The Aloha Room has a Luxury sofa/sleeper (new memory foam mattress) Two Ralph Lauren style bedrooms with Luxury Pillow Top Queen beds. LUXURY bedding includes down comforters, down pillows, 600+ thread count sheets, etc.

We also provide nice toiletries, hairdryers, curlers, curling irons, and more.

We can arrange for set-up of DELUX portable crib.

Family room has an entertainment center featuring a large screen HDTV television next to the cozy fireplace, digital cable DVR, DVD, VCR and surround sound stereo, and comfy leather sofas for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing, golfing, tennis, swimming or surfing.
