Newer & Beautiful Custom Beach House. Best Beach Location along the Coast..!! Walk across the street to Lifeguard Station # 28. ( maybe 200 yards ) FOUR bedrooms + 3 full bathrooms with outdoor shower. TWO MASTER BEDROOMS w big King beds ( pillow tops ) and plasma TV's...! + two other bedrooms. One Master has private whirlpool tub. Sleeps 8- 10 nicely. Has a beautiful front courtyard with Bar B Que & fridge and fire pit for Marshmallows & wine tasting. This place is everything it describes to be and more. Loved watching the sunset while roasting marshmellows in the firepit. The young kids loved the game tables and toys in the garage while the older kids loved the pool table and flat screen Tv's throughout. Minutes from Legoland,Outlet shopping & Del Mar Fair grounds. StarBucks, Costco & grocery store a few blocks away. Local coaster takes you all the way to downtown San Diego. Super clean and comfortable. Full kitchen utensils and you get complimentary laundry soap and bath soaps. We had the best time and would highly recommend to anyone of all ages. Definately worth the flight there. Thank you.

Left on 01/10/2012 for a stay in September 2011
Stayed here for 4 nights in September. We did not even use one bedroom. Cooking and dining were great as we were also feeding family from Carlsbad who were renovating their kitchen. Loved the outside fire pit The owner was very helpful. This home was not as close to the beach as I had anticipated but it was not a big problem.
