Great beach front apartment in Carlsbad close to all. Enjoy surf and sun. 30 minutes North of downtown San Diego and just minutes from Legoland in Carlsbad. This one bedroom apt has a full kitchen, bathroom, LR area, and bedroom area with a king bed and awesome ocean views. All west window view, feels like you are on top of the ocean. Come and enjoy a relaxing beach getaway.

View and size of apartment, and access to beach can't be beat.
Only real complaint is the bed. After staying in this unit for 6 years in a row, the king bed is still 2 rusty twin frames that are tied together and propped up with a stick, and an over-cushy-saggy king mattress stuck on top. It is getting harder to choose view over our backs, but being optimists and ocean lovers, we do. -

Carlsbad, Ca is the best beach in Southern California. Private, great for families, a lot to do in Carlsbad, and close to other outings. This home is right on the water - you walk out your door and down a few steps, and you are swimming in waves with dolphins. I highly recommend Carlsbad and this rental home!

Upon arriving at Barbara McLain Realty you are struck by their genuine personal service to provide a quality service in responce to different needs that might arrive during your stay and the promptness of the service. One call usually does it all. Good listeners and a willingness to help you find what you need. I have been renting from them for several years, enjoyed each rental I have stayed in and the town of Carlsbad, California is so much fun because its a small village with varied shops and restaurants as well as Lego Land if you have the children with you. I would say the only negative I had this year was something that the realty co. had no control over and I informed them that the negitive comment I noted with my rental agent will prove out it time. You takes the good with the you know what. My over all review is positive and I keep a yearly reservation.
