Unit has great location on the beach. Otherwise, I was disappointed. Overall unit in quite a state of disrepair. I had to ask for a blanket for the futon/sleeper. Furniture looked to be 20 years old. I would not recommend this unit. For only a few dollars more, one could get far nicer accomodations. Owner needs to invest a few dollars to make this up to par with other beachfront villas.
