Recently remodeled 2 bedroom, one bath condo with professionally decorated Tommy Bahama stye interior. This unit is on the third floor with a sweeping panoramic ocean view from a 10x20 balcony that provides views from La Jolla to Palos Verde. Approximately 1000 Sq. Ft. with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. This gorgeous unit even has an ocean view from the kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed and there is full bed in the 2nd bedroom. The living room also has a queen sofa sleeper. Linens are included.

I was so grateful for my stay and finding this rental in Carlsbad.
The location was just perfect - close to the villiage and a stone's throw to the beach.
Cheryl was so wonderful - efficient - compassionate and professional.
My family is in the middle of a very serious health issue with our 4 year old and the comfort in this transaction brought us some peace. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts :)
A little detail we had a few minor problems which were addressed immediately - incredible. I loved the unit - I treated it like my own!
The only recommendation I would have is that the mattresses be changed.

We had a wonderful week at the Seabreeze. Watching the dolphins, birds, surfers, and all that goes on at the beach. Simply great. Highly recommend it.

We couldn't have asked for a better location when we booked our month away down at the beach. We were directly across from the beach and sitting on our balcony patio in the evenings we could watch the beautiful sunsets while enjoying a glass of wine and waiting also for the Green Flash, which we were luck enough to spot on one occasion. We were within walking distance of some wonderful eateries and shops of all kinds. Our son, daughter-in-law and grandson came down for a week and enjoyed the sun, sand and ocean during their stay. There was always some sort of activity going on at the beach to watch (my husband really enjoyed the volley ball) and also great for people watching. We enjoyed it so much we booked it again for this season for a month.

Because this unit looks out on the ocean, its windows and balcony offer an ever-changing panorama of water activity and gorgeous sunsets. The management company is topnotch.

This was the best vacation ever. We enjoyed our condo and the beautiful beach right outside our back door! We spent most of our day on the beach enjoying the water and sun. The early morning was the best to just walk up and down beach. We couldn't have asked for a better place and will definitely plan future vacations in Carlsbad! Thank you!

Seabreeze has a location and a view that, simply, cannot be better. At once, you can experience both the energy and the peace of SoCal. In addition, the kitchens are now stocked with new dishes and cookware and towels. Check-in and check-out are hassle free, and communicating with people at Barbara McLain is easy and professional. Our only complaint is that our month went way too quickly.
