Recently remodeled 2 bedroom, one bath condo with professionally decorated Tommy Bahama stye interior. This unit is on the third floor with a sweeping panoramic ocean view from a 10x20 balcony that provides views from La Jolla to Palos Verde. Approximately 1000 Sq. Ft. With a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. This gorgeous unit even has an ocean view from the kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed and there is full bed in the 2nd bedroom. The living room also has a queen sofa sleeper. Linens are included.

We stayed in Seabreeze vacation condos, unit 8a, on Ocean Street in Carlsbad, California. In the weeks before arriving, we were very happy with the service provided by Linda ahn, our contact at Barbara McLain Properties. She was right on top of my questions and also contacted us with any information we needed before our trip. We didn't need to stop at their office for a key because there was a keypad on the door instead and the parking pass was waiting for us on the counter. There was plenty of parking behind the building reserved just for the tenants. The condo itself was a nice size 2 bedroom unit and had a fantastic view of the ocean from it's large balcony. We were on the third floor and even though Ocean Street was between us and the beach, it didn't interfere with our view at all. We could hear the traffic on the other side of the condo from our bedroom, though, and had to leave the window shut. Everything in Carlsbad was within walking distance and we never needed to use our car while we were there. The only thing that kept us from giving this experience five stars was the bathroom, which had an ugly, chipped tub and shower head that barely worked. There were some other cosmetic issues because it's an older condo that needs remodeling and touching up, but all in all it was a nice enough place to stay because the beds were comfortable and the ocean was right there!

We'll definitely stay there again! We had a great time. Location being at the beach is top rated. Very affordable for what you get. Again, we'll definitely be back. Aloha!!
