We were offered this rental when our previous rental proved unacceptable due to circumstances beyond anyone's control at the rental agency. This was a substantial upgrade from the second floor studio aptmt. first offered but at no additional cost. Service by rental agency staff was first-rate, professional and sympathetic to the difficulties we faced with the first rental. Good for them.

Enjoyed my stay in this well located home in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was comfortable but did get on the warm side a few days during my stay in august. I would return to this home again when planning a vacation to this area.

My family and I had a great stay. We were in town for my daughters golf tournament at aviara, so the location was perfect. New spacious and the rate was great. I would certainly recommend to anyone interested. I would also like to personally thank andrew Sieg for his great service on such short notice.
