This beautiful detached cottage in open countryside near the hamlet of Llandyfaelog in South Wales sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Barn Owl Cottage is situated just 6 miles from Carmarthen and offers accommodation for 6 people. It boasts three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) and a ground floor wetroom. The living space is arranged in an open-plan style and there is a large garden in which you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining. There is off-road parking for 3 cars and the local pub is less than a mile away whilst only eight miles away is Pembrey Country Park Blue Flag Beach.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

When we came it was a warm welcome: the cottage was nicely clean and warm and we got a nice basket with eegs, coockies, coffee ect.
Also Debbie came in to welcome us.
One or two times we asked for something and Ian came immediatly to give us explanation about the DVD recorder, though it was in the evening. We felt we were really welcome. -

This has to be the best holiday cottage that we have ever stayed in. The cottage is very well equiped, has a high standard of cleanliness and a welcome pack awaits you on arrival. The views from the cottage are stunning and for added peace and quiet, a walk to the river is a must. Ian and Debbie give you a very warm welcome and are the perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We didn't want to go home. We will definately return one day.

One of the best cottages I have ever stayed in. Everything you wished for was there and comfortable. The brochure description is accurate.It is in a beautiful rural location with a lovely outlook and a well stocked bird table, which is a delight to watch.
The Hosts have thought of everything and are absolutely charming.

my sister and i brought our elderly parents to the cottage,the cottage was chosen by us as it had a downstairs wet room and bedroom.what we got was so much more.my dad enjoyed watching the birds at the bird tabel in the garden,the views from every window was gorgeous.it was claen and furnished to a very high standard.very well equipped and even the milk,tea and coffee was provided by our host prior to our arrival.mum and dad loved the cottage and the setting,my dad even said he could live there.

very warm welcome. everything you needed provided in cottage lots places to visit nice walks or just relax delightfull friendly pub 1 mile away good food very friendly will go back nothing to much trouble
