This cute, single-storey cottage has one double bedroom, along with a shower room, external utility and an open-plan living area with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, and for entertainment there is a TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, radio, WiFi, and a selection of books, games and DVDs. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and an enclosed rear lawned garden with a patio area and furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and two well-behaved dogs are welcome. You can find a shop and pub within 0.3 miles. The owner of the property offers dog sitting and exercising by prior arrangement.
