Enjoy a wonderful vacation, Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday (or two nights, three nights, four nights, a week or more) at reduced rates of more than 30% in a 1 master suite bedroom, 1 bath or two bath villas at the spectacular and renowned HYATT HIGHLANDS INN on the Pacific Ocean at the gateway to Big Sur, just south of famous Carmel, California, next to Point Lobos State Park and near Pebble Beach!

Relax and enjoy views of the magnificent Pacific Ocean and lushly landscaped gardens from the private balcony of the residential-style accommodations. The master suite includes a Hyatt Grand Bedâ„¢, extra large marble double spa tub and vanity. Your townhouse-style villa has approximately 1000 sq. ft. of total luxury, including a wood-burning fireplace (with wood provided and ready to light), cable TV (and DVD player); full kitchen with granite counters (high-end appliances and dishware). The living area has a pull-out queen-size sleeper sofa allowing for up to four (4) guests. Our villas are full ocean views and partial ocean views with one or two baths, single or double floor.

The Highlands Inn has been a renowned California lodge since 1917, frequented by the rich and famous. Hyatt spent untold millions to make it their premier U.S. property. It has a grand lodge-style lobby with fireplaces burning each night, wonderful rotating art exhibits, and live music in the lobby bar, with spectacular sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. There are 2 restaurants: Pacific Edge serves dinner and is consistently ranked among the Top 10 restaurants in the U.S. by Wine Spectator (with a spectacular wine list) and in the Top 100 restaurants in the U.S. by Zagat. The California Market serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner on a patio with unbelievable views of the Big Sur coastline. The Inn is composed of several buildings clinging to the hillside over the ocean and has gorgeous gardens with endless flowers, a large heated free-form pool, several hot tubs strategically located amid foliage around the 15-acre property, a fitness room, and free bicycles to ride along the Pacific coast.

National Geographic named Big Sur as one of the Top 50 places in the world a person should visit in a lifetime! Carmel has exquisite art galleries, over 60 fabulous restaurants, Pebble Beach golf course, and a gorgeous white sand beach. Monterey (only 10 minutes away) has a world-renowned aquarium (considered the best in the U.S.) and fisherman's wharf. Point Lobos State Park is less than a mile away with gorgeous coastline hikes, tidal pools, and picnic spots. Great wineries and endless activities (including some of the best golf in the world, great kayaking, horseback riding on the beach, whale watching, tennis, etc.) are a short distance away.
