I celebrating me birthday with friends, family and our two standard poodles at the beautiful Casa Felice. It is truly a happy house. It was very warm and comfortable and very well maintained. It allowed us to enjoy each others company in a lovely home. It is a perfect location close to the village but quiet and secluded. It was a great place to enjoy all that Carmel has to offer. I can't wait to return.

This home was very comfortable and cozy. It felt as if we were very secluded and yet we were nice and close to shops and beach. It was easy to get everywhere, and very pleasant for my Dad to stay at the home with the doors open to the patio. I felt my dog was very safe also.
We had friends come over from Santa Cruz for Lunch and it was so nice to have the peace and quiet so the men who are hard of hearing could hear each other.
My only suggestion is there was a board on the fence I found loose that a dog could slip through and I put a stone in front of it. This was terrific time only too short.
Thank you Would have liked to have checked in earlier to have more of the day there. Still a great stay!

San Leandro, CaliforniaThis was a perfect choice for our needs!

Celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary with 7 people and 2 dogs. This was a fantastic choice. The home was perfect, roomy, well-decorated and spotless...Everything was in order and well-planned. There were games and books and Dvds, iPod dock/CD player, flat screen TV etc. (We never even turned on the TV)...the enclosed courtyard patio was great for letting the dogs get some air. We all absolutely loved this place and considering the importance of the event, this was the best choice we could have made!

I stayed here with my mom and sis, and my dog - it was perfect! Beds were awesome; bathrooms were super-nice, kitchen and living area were perfect, but what I really liked the most was the beautiful fenced deck/garden. So much easier with a dog! Also, lots of door/window options for bringing in fresh air, and then that fireplace could really heat the place up in the evenings if it got chilly. We made friends with the renter and her dogs - they were all so nice. Very easy access to all the places we wanted to go, and lots of fun 'garden touring' without even getting in the car. While the house could technically sleep 8, if any of those folks were touchy about their personal space, it might be a little tight. But for 6 or fewer, it could be just right. Our party didn't have a single complaint - we were really thrilled with the whole experience.

My husband, dog, and I stayed here for a long weekend with both my parents and his. We wanted a relaxing place where everyone could spread out, cook together, and enjoy Carmel sights. The house was as described, well furnished with special touches added for our dog! The kitchen was exceptionally supplied; I didn't need to use any of the tools I brought from home! The house was clean, newly decorated, and within a long stroll to the beach. Check-in was easy and the surprise welcome treat was very appreciated. My only comment is that we didn't know it was $50 to use the grill due to cleaning costs. I would have liked that information included with the rental contract. Overall, a very nice stay and would like to return.

Five girlfriends stayed a week at Casa Felice and had a fabulous time. The house was perfect from entering the front door to wine and torta until we had to (but hated to) leave. House was immaculate, bedding wonderful, bathrooms extremely clean and totally comfortable. Reservation process was easy, as was checkout. It was nice to have the garage for rental car. We loved the comfort of the kitchen/living area and the open patio. It was nice to have "real" dishes and the kitchen was very well stocked. We're ready to come back and spend more time in Carmel. Thanks again for sharing your lovely house!
