Casa Fina is a lovely one level Carmel cottage conveniently located on the central edge of Carmel-by-the-Sea. It is in a pleasantly sunny and quiet location in a beautiful neighborhood. The house is within walking distance (3/4 of a mile) to Ocean Avenue and the chic shops, art galleries and award winning restaurants. This charming cottage has been lovingly decorated with warm colors and tastefully updated furniture and accessories combining a sophisticated pottery barn look with themes of the sea nearby. The cottage is completely furnished - from down comforters to hair dryers and food processors.

The spacious living room is flooded w...ith light from 3 large windows and offers a wood burning fireplace. With the neutral fabrics and colorful pillows the room exemplifies the eclectic decor of sophistication and the nearby Sea.

The separate and intimate dining room seats 6 people and is lighted by a large window overlooking the garden of hydrangeas, roses and a prolific orange tree!

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with luxury linens and its own tumbled marble tile bathroom with a shower. Beautiful bougainvillea blossoms cross over two of the windows! Built-in closet and drawers house your vacation wear.

The second bedroom has two twin-size beds that can be joined as a King with a memory foam topper with luxury bedding , and a shelf full of good reading material.

This bedroom can also be used as a suite with an adjoining sunroom with a day bed couch.

The sunroom has a day bed which can become two additional twin beds and also become a King. All rooms are individually decorated with colors of seafoam green and earth colors

The hall bathroom offers a tub and a separate shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a self-cleaning gas stove and oven. Place settings for 12+ with glassware and china.

There are two decks that are all about relaxing. Dinner or lunch al fresco is a certain enjoyment on either deck. The decks are surrounded by pampas grass and bougainvillea and furnished with wrought iron chairs and tables, a chaise lounge, and a gas grill.

Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms.....
**Rates are based on up to 6 guests (including infants & children).
* Pet Fees: $100 each large dog (1 dog ); $150 two small dogs. If bringing pet is arranged after acceptance of contract, contract must be amended to adjust price.
*1 month minimum rental requirement per City of Carmel. May be rented for 14-21 days or less with an exclusive right to property 30 day prorated contract. Please ask for rates.
* PG&E; gas and electricity are paid by guest.
* Non-refundable exit cleaning fee $400. You will be required to have three additional cleanings during your stay at a cost to you not to exceed $25/hour per housekeeper that you will arrange with your assigned House Manager at a mutually convenient time with our housekeeping staff.
* Accidental Loss and Damage Waiver $75 instead of security deposit (covers up to $2,000 unintentional damage to house or its contents but does not cover negligent abuse or neglect).
* Credit Card number must be on file for security against any damages should damage be due to abuse or neglect and are not accidental in nature. Guest would be responsible for any uncovered damages.
* Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 60 days or less before your arrival date, you are eligible for a full refund only if we can re-rent the property for the same dates and rental rate less the $150 administration fee and any bank or PayPal fees incurred by the owner. If you cancel 60 days or more before your arrival date, you are eligible for a full refund of the rental amount less the $150 administration fee and any bank or PayPal fees incurred by owner. * Full payment is due at time of booking if booked less than 60 days prior to arrival date.
