Master Suite: California King bed with lake view, romantic Jacuzzi and shower overlooks the lake.
2nd Bedroom: A queen and a twin size bed with lake view, a TV and a large closet.
3rd Bedroom: Individual queen size bed and a complete lake view.
The house sleeps a maximum of 7 adults plus 4 children. All bedding provided, including down comforters. Includes 1 pack and play, portable mattress, down pillows and sleeping bags. Beach towels and color coordinated bath towel sets are provided for each bedroom.
Wake up to the Stellar Jays and the scurrying Golden Mantel Squirrels.

Rates are subject to change without notice until a definite reservation is made. The higher rates apply to Christmas and New Year time periods. A 10% county tax will be added.
DEPOSITS: Deposits are approximately 1/3 of and separate from the rental amount and
serve as a deposit to hold the property until your arrival, and then serve as a
security deposit until your departure. They are fully refundable, as long as you
leave the property reasonably clean and without damage.
MAID SERVICE: Check-out maid service is provided, and is included in the rental rate.
Additional maid service is available during your stay at an additional
cost, if arranged in advance.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is 4 PM on your day of arrival. Check-out
time is noon on you day of departure.
HOLIDAYS: The entire months of July and August, plus all major holidays.
IN-SEASON: Summer: Mid-June through Mid-September
Winter: Mid-December through Mid-April
OFF-SEASON: Spring: Mid-April through Mid-June, except for Easter week.
Autumn: Mid-September through Mid-December, except Thanksgiving.

Our family has stayed here a couple of times. It is everything and more as stated in their photos and review.We arrived early one time and had the pleasure of meeting The owners . Their home is your home during your stay. We love the deck and ate all of our meals there.The view of the lake is breath taking. We can't wait to go back...close to everything,can't say enough about this wonderful home

My family (wife and 2 kids) and I stayed there in February of 2012 and returned in October that same year. It is truly a year round home. In the summertime my kids enjoyed running around the property chasing lizards and other creatures while my wife and I enjoyed barbequing on the spacious deck. In winter , we skied at North Star Ski Resort since it's only a 10 minute drive. The kids also enjoyed building a snowman right off the front porch. The kitchen is completely stocked with a pantry filled with cooking essentials. The master bedroom is incredible. You can enjoy a hot shower while staring at Lake Tahoe or enjoy a romantic bath in the large Jacuzzi tub. The house is very clean and roomy it is perfect for just hanging out and relaxing. The owners( Carole and Herm) were wonderful deal with and the house is an amazing place to stay. Can't wait to go back very soon.
