This Ocean front apartment is on the 11th floor offers a panoramic view of the city from the balcony. Thanks to Judith, our welcoming and helpful hostess. Everything was as promised. The condo is very clean and comfortable. It is ideally located in beautiful Isla Verde. We had access to shops and restaurants of all kinds. We especially enjoyed access to the beautiful beach and loved the long walks we took. You are near to the big hotels and casinos if you are looking for night life, but also have plenty of space for quiet time. You can take the local bus into Old San Juan or take a taxi ride if you prefer. The airport is close by so that is also convenient. And if you want to rent a car to explore the island, Charlies Rentals is right across the street. We truly enjoyed our stay on the "Isla del Encanto" and plan to return some day soon. Enjoy!

A great location, Close to the airport and casinos. The buses to San Juan right out front and the price of 75 cents cannot be beat. Found all the local pubs a lot of fun and the beach was great. The owner Judith was great and very helpful and also the condo staff very helpful.

I highly recommend this condo. The owner is very reliable and helpful. The building is secure with around the clock security. The security/doorman were very helpful with dining recommendations and helpful with giving us directions. The condo sleeps 4 people comfortably. Very clean and all the comforts of Home. Kitchen comes with all appliances. Condo is in a great location. We were 20min from Old San Juan and Rainforest . Best of all the beach is right outside and the pool is magnificient. Airport is only 10 min. away. I highly recommend staying here. My family and I had an awesome time! Will definitely stay at this wonderful condo again.!!! Can't wait to come back!

The condo is great. And the location couldn't be better. The pictures are accurate and the accomodations comfortable. I travelled with three girl friends and we never felt cramped. Judith was helpful and made sure that we had a great time.
The building is on the beach and includes a lovely swimming pool. There are palm trees for those looking for shade and the water is crystal clear. Lots of local restaurants and bars. Check out Mi Casita for good local food. Also Rubens serves a good, cheap breakfast. The Pueblo grocery store is walking distance (by Embassy Suites) and Walgreens is across the street.

We found this clean, well equipped apartment at the last minute. Thanks, to the prompt response (same day) of the owner, Judith. We lost our reservation in another place in Puerto Rico, we were panicking. However, it was worth it. The condominium is well located in Isla verde, just at the beach. It has a nice swimming pool and a beautiful green area. The transportation is very easy, so we could visit El Viejo San Juan walk around and eat good Puerto Rican food.
The apartment is nicely decorated and has all the amenities including internet and cable TV.
We love it and will come back again!!!
