This is the 3rd year in a row we stayed at this condo and we absolutely love it. The area is perfect with everything nearby. The pool is private just for the residents and renters and the most amazing thing is going out to the balcony and looking at the beautiful ocean while sipping on coffee in the morning or havind some drinks in the evening. We will definitely go back again. I want to say thank you to Vicki for allowing us to stay at her place and also thanks to San Juan Vacations Realty.

My husband, two young daughters (6 & 3) and I stayed here for a weekend. Vicky was very helpful during check-in and check-out. You won't find a better location in Isla Verde for the price. The views are stunning, from the room. The condo is clean and well appointed. The beds are comfy. Note, there is no aC but with the windows open and the fans on, you really don't need to worry. We used the kitchen every day, to cook our meals and it was fine for us. It's not huge and you'll only find the basics for cooking but it's fine when you're main priority is visiting the pool or the beach (for us, the beach). Be warned that on Fri/Sat the Water Beach Club, in front of your room, looking toward the beach, will have blaring club music starting at night, until the early hours of the morning. We suffered Sat night and barely got any sleep but it was better on Sunday and no problems during Monday. Just keep this in mind when picking your stay. You do have to carry the keys with you at all time, to get in and out of the building, parking garage and also through the locked gated (two of them) to gain access to the beach. It's not a big hassle, just good security. There are beach chair rentals, behind the condo building for about $4 for a few hours and umbrella rentals for $10. The beach is really the best part of the location, aside from being near the 24 HR Walgreens, which we did use. There's a SuperMax 24 HR grocery store, not too far away, as well. Tons of fast food places and other upscale restaurants in walking distance. Considering you don't pay extra tax, parking fee, cleaning fee, this is your best bet for a budget vacation in the heart of the tourist area. Vicky and her family will help you with anything and are super friendly. I highly recommend this condo rental and would stay here again. We got a great rate during the low season for $89 a night (first week of October).

What you see is what you get and what you get is wonderful! The condo is spacious, clean and well kept. The building facilities are well managed too. They manage to keep the place secured without making the guests feel they are under watch. The oceanview is beyond a doubt one of the best in my travels. Breathtaking during the day and romantic or soothing at night.
While the central air was not working during our visit, Vicky did work with us. I must say it turns out you don't really need air conditioning! With the windows and balcony door open you get all the breeze you need to stay refreshed! Actually prefer it that way in the end.
The only Cons I could think of is if you are traveling with more than 2 people additional sets of keys should be provided. With only one master lock to get access to the pool and beach if you break off for different locations you will be either locked in or locked out until someone in your party unlocks the gate. This was a problem when we went on seperate adventure tours and when some wanted to go to the beach while others wanted to stay in the pool also, the refriderater needs to be replaced. It leaks constantly into all compartments.
Other than that It's a great rental! -

Our group really loved our stay here. The ocean view was beautiful and we spent most of our time on the balcony. The rooms were perfect with great closet space and comfy beds. The location was fantastic, we loved the pool and how secure the building was. The Walgreens across the street was great for getting water/coffee/snacks/more sunscreen, etc..
Vicky was very nice and her kids were great! We liked how the bus went to Old San Juan was right outside and was only 75cents! Overall we loved our stay and would come again =) The only thing missing was a toaster for morning breakfast.. we resorted to pan toasted and burnt a lot of bread haha.
I will note, the area is loud on Thursday/Friday/Sat nights and the hotel across the street glows very very bright into the master bedroom... however if your there to have fun you will embrace the fun and join right in -

We are very touched by Vicky and her family's hospitality. They made every effort to bring us everything we need. This place is at the center of action, buses are very convenient. We went to old San Juan by hopping on the bus at the front of the building that costs only 75 cents vs around $20 by taxi. We really enjoyed the balcony, with very impressive close up ocean view. Both bedrooms also have beautiful ocean view. Bathroom is a little small. Overall, a great place.

We just returned from a 5 day stay at this apartment. Vicky was amazing. She was very attentive and helpful. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The apartement was centrally located and had all the amenities you would expect at your own home. I was happy that we were able to stay at such place for such a low price. The beach in front of the hotel was not too crowded, and the fact that parking was included was a plus. Next time I am staying in San Juan, this will be my number one choice.

My husband, 28 year old daughter, and I stayed one week at this rental. I can highly recommend it - it is worth a lot more than you pay. The view from the balcony is fantastic - the pool is beautiful and you are right on the beach. Everything is nicely laid out in the condo. Vicky, the manager, is unbelievably kind and helpful. The only drawback is the Water Club which is kind of kitty corner from the condo - on Friday and Sat. nights their music is terribly loud until 2:45am - it sounds like you are living in a boom box. We discovered that if you close all the windows and turn on the aC (the only time we did that the entire week) you can sleep. The other nights of the week are fine. I would still highly recommend this rental - two nights of aC is a small price to pay. Security is great too - we never felt unsafe at all. it's a nice area.

First I have to say, the pictures showing this condo doesn't really seem enticing and on the way to San Juan I felt like I was going to stay at some cheapo place! I was wrong!!! This Condo is just Beautiful and the Views are just amazing! Located on the 15th floor provides you a great view of the entire beach! you walk out to the balcony and voila! beautiful view! I couldn't believe it by the photos shown until I witnessed it by my own eyes! On top of that the Owner Vicky is Super nice. Everything you need is included in the condo. full size Fridge, Stove, pots, pans, plates, glasses, microwave, bottle opener, wine opener, everything! And she provides guide books (up to date) so you can check out what's around you and coupons to restaurants. I just love this place, great location to everything. take the elevator down and walk to the beach, how awesome is that? Wallgreens right across the street on the land side that is open 24hrs! another block down you have a pizza and Mexican restaurant also 24/7.

Awesome condo, very clean and cutely decorated. Has a nice "homey" feel:) It worked awesome for our family. We had other family members that rented other condo's in the area for double the price and were very jealous of how nice ours was!

When I first went inside the apartment I was taken by the breathtaking view! The view from the sliding balcony door is absolute perfection. The breeze coming in from the ocean keeps the apartment cool so we didn't have to turn the a/c on at all. At all times you hear the sound of the ocean, fall asleep to the sound of the ocean & wake up to the sound of the ocean. A big plus, the beach was directly accessible to the condo. Very convenient, there is also a Walgreen's right across the condo & is open 24/7. Gracias Vicky, you are the best! We'll definitely visit again next year!

Given its moderate price, we expected Victoria's apartment to have some unexpected flow. Instead we found more than was promised: a breathtaking view, from living room and bedrooms, cleanliness, and great comforts. The place was great for our family of four. The beach is directly accessible, it has 3 swimming pools. The building is very safe and centrally located in the best part of Isla Verde vacation district. Thanks Vicky; we'll visit again next winter!

The view and location is just like the pictures! Very happy with our stay! Quite a few pluses to this location. It is maybe 10 minutes from the airport (didn't hear many planes), right across the street from a Walgreens, about 1/2 mile from a Starbucks, on the beach, and has easy access to freeways. So, we were able to get there fast, get the things we forgot and also get our caffeine buzz daily in a very fancy mall area attached to the San Juan Resort and Casino.
This is exactly as advertised. Two bedrooms, 1 full bath, a kitchen with appliances, televisions and cable, dining area, living room and balcony. Plenty of furniture to enjoy the balcony, kitchen stuff, towels, extra sheets and it was very clean. You could sleep on the couch if you need an extra bed - it's pretty big. I brought a blow-up mattress and slept on the floor in the living room. (If you need an air mattress, the Walgreens had them for sale! Surprising!)
The beach is very accessible. You don't need to buy any chairs. We rented lounging chairs from a very nice guy near the access gate who has a pile of them. He cleaned them up and placed them for us. You can wash the sand off of your feet by the pool after you get inside the gate.
The fitness center is pretty unimpressive - I would not count on that for working out. It has a sauna, but we never looked at it. The pool gets cleaned on "Maintenance" Mondays and you can't use it that day. The hotel next door has bright blue lights all around the roof so you won't be sleeping in darkness. The glow didn't really bother me much, but it's pretty bright at night! The location is very secure and has a lobby that is manned, but you have one set of keys and you have to unlock quite a few doors to get around and lock yourself into the condo. I am an early riser so I got some quality balcony time in when my friends were sleeping for a couple more hours. I did not want to leave them locked in the condominium. I did not use the beds, but my friends said the beds were a little hard.
Overall, I was very pleased with the property and owner. If you are looking for a place with a reasonable price, feels safe, great views, convenient parking, a full kitchen and not a hotel - this is the place to stay. -

We just returned from a 4 night stay at Vicky's condo with 4 people. Here's a rundown of the good, the bad, and an overview.
The Good:
1. The view from the 15th floor is amazing. Ocean view from all bedrooms. The view from the sliding balcony door is perfection. You hear the ocean, fall asleep to the ocean, and wake up to the ocean. The breeze coming in from the ocean keeps you cool without even turning the air conditioner on.
2. Clean, homey atmosphere. The place is clean and fairly updated.
3. There is a pool. No hot tub, but it does have a nice (and fairly large) swimming pool on the grounds.
4. The balcony is excellent for relaxing to the ocean.
5. Stove, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, and everything needed to make meals and save money.
6. Underground parking. I've had to pay over $100 to park at the Intercontinental. Parking here is covered and free!
7. Location is excellent. Close to all the best hotels, casinos, and excellent beach!
8. Vicky and her family are extremely nice and welcoming. She follows up on e-mails, phonecalls, and even gave us a "Thank You" card when checking out. It's these small things that many people overlook!
The "Not-So-Good"
1. It's an older building, and shows in some spots. Vicky's place is clean and has been updated in most areas, but it is a little rough around the edges here and there.
2. For us, we prefer soft beds, and the beds here were on the hard side.
Overall:
Overall, an excellent choice. Great price, great views, great location. If you're looking for a modern, updated, ritzy place to stay - this may not be for you. If you're looking for great price, great views, great location, and can overlook a few minor details then you'll absolutely love it. We did! We'll definitely be returning next time! -

We stayed in Vicky's apartment for 8 days in august. We were very pleased with her assistance throughout the entire trip as well as the cleanliness, comfort, location etc. of the apartment. The view is amazing and sleeping to the sound of the waves is sublime! Book early because it fills up quick! For good reason! Cannot wait to come back! Thanks again vicky for everything!
