Stayed in 15th floor condo in the oeste tower. Views were awesome and the apartment beautifully decorated with every amenity you could want. Home away from home. Nora was great to deal with and always answered emails promptly. Whitin walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and car rentals. I would highly recommend Nora and Marbella apartments.

We visit often since our son lives in the area. Always happy when Nora have an appartment available.You don't need a car ,food and entertainment is in walking distance,grocerys and even car rental right across the street. Best balcony views We love this place.

We had the pleasure of staying in the rental for our March Spring Break vacation. While the weather presented some challenges, this condo met all our indoor activity needs. Its secure, very clean and has a majestic view of the beach. The owners, Nora and Dominic are very pleasant to work with. They were on site during our stay and very helpful with local restaurants / shopping. I highly recommend East Island Excursions for a visit to Bio-Bay and fantastic snorkeling tours. Can't go wrong with this property. It's a great price and very convenient to the airport, Old San Juan, rain forest and freeways.

A clean apartment, right on the beach, with a lovely pool and play area for kids.
We spent the first week of april in PR. We were lucky to not see any rain at all, was nice and sunny all throughout
It's a 1 bed room apartment, with a balcony facing the water.
Was fun to have coffee every morning looking at the sun rise
We could even see cruise ships leaving the port in the distance
The kids slept in the bed room , we slept on the futon ( i preferred the firmness of the futon mattress)
we also got a car for the week, charlie car rental was right across the street
I'd recommend parking in the building basement - super convenient
all in all I'd do this again. ..

We traveled with 4 adults and our nearly 2 year-old son and had a wonderful time! We felt very safe staying in the condo and loved the amenities of having a beachfront condo. The full kitchen was nice and the close proximity to stores and restaurants was a plus. The pool was very clean, and our son loved the playground and playing in the ocean and sand. We stayed during the week, so it wasn't very crowded on the beach and hardly anyone in the pool. Nora, the condo owner, was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions we had. The condo could use a little updating, but it met our expecations, especially with the low price. We picked up our rental car first, and had a little trouble getting in without our parking beeper (as it was in the room), but security helped us figure everything out! We would definitely recommend the condo and would happily return. Oh, and the view from the balcony and bedrooms is incredible!!!

We stayed in Nora's 2 bedroom condo for our vacation in Puerto Rico. The place is very neat and the decoration makes you comfortable and feel like home. It is right next to the beach and you can view the ocean. In the night, you don't need a/C, because the breeze is so pleasant, and the Ocean sound is so wonderful to hear during the night. Nora is also easy to reach. I will highly recommend this place.

This is a lovely condo and great convenient location. However if you are handicapped or traveling with a baby, the beach is not easy to access because of the turn style gates. They have door gates, but they cannot be unlocked with your key and you have to find management to open for you, which took several minutes...not good when you have a screaming baby. Also, a little difficult entering complex with taxi. Ask ahead of time how to handle.
But if you dont have any limitations, it is awesome! Great view of beach and pool and quiet. Would stay again, but without baby. -

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a nice terrace and beautiful oceanfront view. The apartment had amenities including a coffee machine, bath and beach towels, sheets on the king size bed, and televisions in both the bedroom and living room. The market downstairs is great for coffee and food, and the Walgreens across the street is very convenient! The beach was wonderful and the staff at Marbella was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will be back!

There's no words to describe Nora's condo that we stayed in. It was very clean, very comfertable and close by to everything including the airport and a 24 hour Walgreens across the street. She was a great person to work with. This is the second time that we have stayed in this place and it only gets better. It's defiantly our second home when we come to Puerto Rico. We will be back of course!

I've rented from Nora numerous times and have never been disappointed! Units are clean, well maintained, and overall a wonderfull experience. Units are close to everything. Right on the beach and the view from the beachfront rooms are amazing!!!

My wife & I found this rental on Vrbo.com which we've used in the past. Generally you will find a two bedroom condo for about the same price as a hotel room. Everything was as advertised. Great location to enjoy San Juan,Puerto Rico. Restaurants and casinos all within walking distance and underground parking spot made it easy to manage our rental vehicle since we enjoyed the rain forest, Bacardi tour, Old San Juan, etc. Great trip and we would definitely rent from Nora again should we be lucky enough to visit again.

From the first thing in the morning when we have our coffee on the balcony overlooking the beautiful beach, our days are filled with warm sun, the breeze of the palms, walks on the beach and of course, the ocean. Shopping in Old San Juan, lunching on some local food and of course dancing to the Latin rhythms at one of the hotels. We have vacationed in San Juan for about ten years now and it's always a joy! The condo is well maintained, beautifully furnished and also serves as a great home base when checking out other parts of the island. Love every minute!
