We stayed in apt 1657. The view was great, the apartment was very comfortable for four adults and one 6 year-old. The beach was fantastic. The pool was very nice. The amenities, including fre wi-fi in the condo, were just fine. I plan to stay here again.

This was a grat condo stay experience for us. Typically, when you look for a condo with direct beach access, you get a great beach experience but then lose out on additional stuff. This time we were wildly impressed.
The beach is great - with wait staff and helpers all around. There are activities and watersports just out on the sand. The pool has a bar serving all the best Pina Coladas etc that you could want.
The building has a restaurant for breakfast and lunch (no dinner) but I recommend stepping out from the building to ave Isla Verde - where you find everything you need.
All shops and restaurant staff speak English and Spanish.
24 hr grocery store and Walgreens within minutes walk... the best thing is the night-life. Bars, clubs, hotels, fine dining - all there - right there !!!
This was the bet beack vacation ever. Recommend to everyone. -

The ESJ Towers was really perfect for us. Beautiful beach and pool. Easy walk to restaurants and supermarket. The apartment itself was bright, comfortable and clean. Nice walk-in closet and full kitchen...great patio. Would definitely go back!

My husband and I had never visited San Juan and were a little apprehensive about choosing a property on our own without knowing the area. The condo at ESJ seemed like a great value for the money. Once we arrived in San Juan at the property, we found the accommodations to be wonderful, clean, and all staff members we met were just fantastic. Everything was in walking distance and the beach access was close and easy. We had not one single disappointment to report. I want to thank Gilda for making the reservation process really easy and everyone at ESJ for making our stay so enjoyable.. Thanks for a great vacation!

My stay at ESJ Towers was awesome! I decided to try something different and book my vacation stay at ESJ reasons were I have friends that stay there and they say it's so pleasant there also I was traveling with 4 kids and my cousin and I wanted them to have a nice place to stay in. The idea of having the amenities that they had was so convenient. The kids loved the billiard room, video game room and especially the huge pool. Staff was very pleasant. Gilda Fisher was also very helpful and very prompt with communicating with me as well! I like to thank everyone for making my stay at ESJ memorable! The kids want to go back again as well as I. I will definitely go back and stay there again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the ESJ. Gilda made the reservation process quite simple. The room was large, clean, well laid out and appointed, the facilities excellent and everything went well. The view was terrific if, views of the water are the most important thing in the world. Renting a condo is a far better value than staying at a hotel, especially when you consider parking, and now, over and above everything else, some charge a 14% "resort fee" for towels and pool access.
When we come back,we will definitely stay there again.

Our 2009 Christmas vacation at the ESJ Towers was DIVINE! We are from Puerto Rico and decided to rent a beach front condo to enjoy the beach while visiting our family. It was a treat for us that did not dissapoint. The facilities were very well maintained. The security of the ESJ Towers was very good. The staff was very friendly. Walking on the beach every day and looking at the blue sky was a dream come true. The beach view from the balcony was relaxing. Supermarket and restaurants were walking distance. Thank you, Gilda for the opportunity. Looking forward for another treat in the future...

We love Puerto Rico and we had a great time at ESJ Towers! The people there could not have been nicer-they went out of their way to make sure our stay was the best. We got to play ping-pong and billiards, swim in the pool and enjoyed the View(!!!) from the balcony in our unit, breath-taking to say the least. Everything was exzctly as stated in their website.
On our return flight (on American Airlines) back to Miami, the recording star, Chayenne and his wife and two children, sat across the aisle from us (we got his aoutograph) and he wished us a nice trip and safe journey. He was so nice! It was real thrill to see him in person. Whe we return to San Juan, we will rent from Gilda again.
