This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath beach house, designed by Andy Newman, is located on a world renowned beach known for its surf break. This Rincon Point hideaway is surrounded by a bougainvillea wall, a hidden paradise. Right off highway 101, it is 15 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara and 5 minutes drive to downtown Carpinteria. Guests have private access to the beach with breathtaking views of the Pacific coastline just few steps from the house.
Behind the property gates you’ll find yourself in secluded tropical paradise with outdoor shower, pool and three sitting areas with lounge chairs and tables.

The famous surf break at Rincon Point has been celebrated in Beach Boys songs and to this day, surfers of every age hang ten at Rincon Point. The small creek which divides the gated residential community situated at Rincon Point is the border between Ventura County and Santa Barbara County. The Ventura County side, where the famed surf break is located, is a short rocky beach, while the beach on the Santa Barbara side is long and sandy.
