There are sweeping vistas across Hillsborough Bay to the uninhabited out-islands and unparalleled sunsets. A private plunge pool adjoining the main living area make this the perfect indoor/outdoor base from which to enjoy Carriacou and explore... the surrounding islands.

The driveway comes directly to the main house entrance, making this villa particularly suitable for elderly or handicapped guests. A side gate through the gardens leads to a track through the trees to Tom's Bay or use the main gate for a similar stroll to the near-deserted half mile beach at Sparrow Bay.

The Villa

The Main Villa encompasses 2500 sq ft. It has 3 air conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is comprised of an elegant living room, dining area, entertainment area, exceptionally well equipped gourmet kitchen, covered porch, outdoor plunge-pool and sun deck.

The Garden Villa is offered separately when the main villa is not occupied. It is ideal for those who desire smaller more intimate accommodations. It comprises 1600 sq ft. and offers 2 air conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms an open plan kitchen/dining area, air conditioned living room, covered porch and use of plunge pool.
