Revisit the 70's and stay at Grandma's Humble Abode! Wonderful central location; great fenced-in parking area large enough for your RV and boat, plus your vehicle(s); Perfect for Several Hot Rods! Large fenced yard on this privately owned lot.
This home has been loved and cared for. We have preserved the special place that was our beloved Grandparents' home and we have made it available for you to stay in during your visit to historic Carson City and the beautiful surrounding areas.
This is a large, double-wide mobile home on a large privately owned lot situated on a quiet culdesac of a neighborhood, not a mobile-home park.

Deposit varies upon size of group, length of stay. 2 cleaning options available and is to be agreed upon with each individual renter. Rate is $99 per night for 1-6 guests. Add $20 total for the entire stay if there are 7-10 guests. The $20 Per Person/Per night charge is only if there are more than 10 guests (there are no additional amenities or beds provided for more than 10 guests).

My husband and I and another couple rented Humble abode while attending Street Vibrations! The rental was awesome! The owner really put a lot of conscientious effort into considering what we may want or need. The home is spacious, very clean and obviously well cared for. The flowers and cookies that greeted us were great since my husband doesn't buy flowers and I don't bake cookies! Lol! Although we did not bring our dogs on this trip, it's great to know that they are welcome. The yard is large and fully fenced in and we knew our bikes were safe. The requirements for bikers was easy, appropriate and simple to comply with. Also because there was so much room we were able to invite guests over. Overall, our stay was really great! So much better than a hotel! I know we'll be back again & again, both for Street Vibrations (without the dogs) and for family visits (with the dogs) since we have family in the nearby area. Thank you again, Randee you were great!
