I stayed with relatives for about a week and it was a great little place. The old city was walking distance (if you don't mind the heat) but there are taxis available all the time. The kitchen was good for breakfast and the balcony on the 28th floor was perfect for viewing spectacular sunsets. The pool was free in the mornings which we appreciated! The rooms were comfortable enough but there were a few repairs required in the bathroom and laundry; all taken care of as soon as we called the reception. A warning, you can actually only sleep 4-5 people comfortably, not 6 like the advertisement says.

Located middle of the Bocagrande, 28th floor, overlooking the pool and the ocean. The city is to the right and the Bocagrande to the left. 45 minutes walk to the city or about $3-4 us depending on the cab and time of day. Walking distance to restaurants, casinos, shops and grocery stores. An excellent value for money. Two bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, ask for a coffee maker as there might not be one in the room. Management staff, security and front desk staff are all friendly, polite and easy to deal with.
Ok, there are a few issues
- very little english spoken by staff but they all try hard
- we had problems with neighbours and had to call and complain, 2 times it worked and fast, one time we were up most of the night. Not the fault of the owner of this condo but...a problem in the building as other guests dont seem to respect the fact that it is 2am and we dont want their 4 and 6 year olds running around and screaming in front of the elevator.
- internet, TV and phone were down for almost 2 days
- elevators taken down for repairs can be an issue as we missed a tour as no one wants to walk down 28 flights of stairs when they have some health issues.
Would we stay here again yes - its a beautiful city and the apartment was perfect

This condo will not dissappoint. It is located right on Bocagrande and only a 30 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride to the old city. There are all sorts of restaurants, grocery shops and shopping within walking distance to the condo. The reason I ended up booking this suite over the other ones available was because of the owner Gloria. She was available to answer questions every step of the way when my friend and I were booking our trip. She always responded to my emails within an hour. The condo itself is beautiful. Their is daily maid service, a beautiful view, hot water, and air conditioning. The site is very secure and there is a safety deposit box to leave your valuables within the suite. I loved the rental property and would book it again when I return. By the way I am already planning my return. Don't hesitate to book this suite.

I have given this 4 stars only because a few things were broken or not up to standard. Hot water tap handle broke. It was fixed within the day by property mgmnt. The gas stove had an electronic lighter issue whereby it kept trying to light one of the oven top burners. The only way to turn off the annoying sound was to switch the oven off at the switchbox. Utensils like the only frying pan were of low quality...i went to the local su[ermkt and bought my own. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, being fully furnished made for an enjoyable stay. I would def stay here again.
