Luxury 100% ocean front apartment two bedrooms, two full baths, queen size beds, hot water, kitchen with all utensils, 24 hours security, swimming pool, kids pool, sauna, laundry mat service on 4th floor, close to everything, casinos, restaurants, cafeterias, banks, ATM's 24 hours supermarkets, 7 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes to the old city, very easy and cheap transportation, this is a non-smoking apartment, reservation and deposit required, 3 nights minimum stay, up to 6 people, rates varies upon season, I'm the owner not an agent.

Luis apartment is without a doubt one of the nicest places I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The location defies description, with the Caribbean on one side and numerous historic sites in plain view from almost every direction. The views of the city and the sunset from the balcony are straight out of a movie scene. The unique position set this place apart from any other I have seen. This apartment has a clean and modern design, comfortable furnishings and modern amenities to enhance your experience.The apartment is kept in immaculate condition, making indoor / outdoor living seamless.Luis (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with. He was quick to respond to my inquiries via email and answered all my questions. Payment was quick and easy. Luis is a great guy! He constantly checked on us and made sure we had a great stay. I would certainly stay here next time I visit Cartagena and would likely bring more friends to enjoy this beautiful place!

Having not visited Cartegena since I was a young teen, I was secptical about returning for my honeymoon. My initial thought was that I had experieneced everything that one could do in Cartagena. Needless to say, I was wrong.
Our staying in Luis Galvis' rental unit was amazing. Being from South Florida, the building has a very modern feel to it, that helped us felt at home a little. The location cannot be beat. During our stay we were within walking distances for the beach (litteraly across the street), local resturants/bars and souvenir shops.
For those traveling to the surrounding islands, the port is only a few minutes away in taxi. The same can be said for anyone interesting in shopping, eating and partying in the "old city".
We couldn't have asked for a better place to say. It has everything a traveler could ask for: great staff, safe enviorment, excellent location, cleanliness and spectacular views.
We're looking forward to staying here again (and soon). -

Amazing view, the building has great security.
Apt is extremely beautiful, super clean and they have everything you need, it was a full equipped kitchen.
Luis was wonderful, very easy to communicate and do business.
Can't get better than this =)
Location: A+++ easy to get a cab anywhere, very close to all the restaurants, beach is a step away!
Apt has wifi, cable, A/C! felt right at home!

This condo Is gorgeous. Overlooks pool beach and old town center a short jaunt away. Adjacent to boca grande restaurants. 3 blocks from a 24hr grocery store. 2 great coffee shops on same street. Juan Valdez cafe like a Starbucks and Isabella's a traditional local coffee spot.
Luis was a breeze to work with. A true gentleman to work with. Place is great.
