Hello , I just completed a stay here and wanted to give a Thumbs up! Marisa the owner is new at this sort of thing renting her apartment so she was a little nervous and she loves her apartment much. Of course she wants to rent when she is not staying there when she comes from Canada for vacations. The apartment location is outside the noisy down town area and the beaches close by are more for the local exercise nuts and sports minded people having soccer games and running and stretching on the line of beaches. I went on a beautiful walk about 8 am and walked for a mile or two across the beaches and the water splashes up the rocks and it was very enjoyable. The apartment is very nice as you can see from the photos. Great place to stay for a reasonable price go for it! The building is secure. You should bring photo copies of your passports or identification for all as the front lobby is tended by staff that require this for safety reasons for all. Have fun !!!

Dealing with the owner of this condo, Gloria, was incredible. She was extremely helpful and even responded to me while I was in the condo via email and had questions. She referred me to people to help me arrange tours, and other things we incorporated into our trip.
As for the condo, it was amazing. You like views? Then it don't get better than this. Phenomenal view on the balcony. Excellent housekeeping and very friendly staff.
Again, it's hard to find and owner who goes above and beyond like Gloria did for us to make our trip incredible. Thanks again Gloria...I'll be calling you again to rent this. ;)

I absolutely loved the apartment. It had the best view of the sunset in all of Cartagena I'm sure. We also had free wifi the whole time so we were able to stay in touch with friends easily back home via email and facebook. Cartagena is a beautiful city with lots of things to see and do! It's also great to have the beach right in front of us for those lazy days when you didn't want to stray to far from the apartment. I also made use the pool every morning. I highly recommend this apartment. Everything worked and very close to town! Great deal!
