This spacious, family sized individual villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in La Manga Club. Recently refurbished to a very high standard, the property has an open plan kitchen, turreted dining room and a lounge with patio doors leading to the garden. There are five bedrooms, four of which have their own en suite bathroom, plus a guest cloakroom. La Manga Club Resort is located on the Costa Calida or "Warm Coast", which has a spectacular coastline with beautiful beaches of white sand, impressive cliffs and the largest salt-water lagoon in Europe - the crystal clear Mar Menor, where the water is calm and shallow and warmer than the rest of the Mediterranean, making it especially suitable for families.
Murcia enjoys an ideal climate with average temperatures ranging from 12°C in winter to 30°C in summer and approximately 325 sunny days per year.The cities of Murcia and Cartagena are 20 to 30 minutes drive from the resort and offer great shopping, magnificent architecture and a rich cultural heritage.
On site there are a number of golf courses, sports facilities, gym and studio, kids club & activity centre, go karting, water sports, bike hire, access to a private beach and a great range of restaurants. The area also has some stunning walks should you feel like moving from the pool!
2 airports serve the area, Murcia and Alicante, with flights available from most UK airports. A car is required to explore this beautiful area, but the Villa has ample parking.
