Villa Vale Do Miho Mar is split into two immaculate, quiet developments; both close to the 9 hole Vale do Milho Golf Course, which has a restaurant, snooker room and internet access. There are several other restaurants within walking distance and the centre of Carvoeiro is a short drive.

The townhouses we offer are furnished and equipped to a high standard and each development has its own shared swimming pool. This modern town house is just a short walk from the 9 hole Vale do Milho Golf Course. Number 28a is on the newer Club Golfe Mar Development, where there is an enormous swimming pool with a sloping shallow end in the separate chil...dren's pool and beautiful views.

It has modern furnishings and fittings with comfortable sofa and chairs, a serving hatch to the kitchen and French windows opening onto the terrace, with magnificent sea views and a table and chairs for al fresco dining. The small front garden has a lawn sloping down to a hedge at the bottom. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a roof terrace with a table, chairs and four loungers which enjoys views over the countryside to the sea and the lighthouse in the distance. Although the town centre is 3kms away there are various facilities within walking distance.

Prices are based on two persons sharing. The supplements for either 3 or 4 people per week are between £25 and £50 depending on date of travel. When searching for the correct amount of people these supplements will be added to the booking form when making a booking.

There is a Refundable Breakage Deposit of £200 that needs to be paid with the balance, this will be refunded on return, subject to inspection.
