The condo was in a very convenient area of Cary & Raleigh. The master bedroom was great. Very Comfortable bed. The view was beautiful. The kitchen well set up. The owner was delightful!! The funniest thing was that my 46 year old son & his wife laughed heartily about sleeping in twin beds in the second (child's) bedroom!! My daughter had no complaints about the sofa bed. Condo is very nicely furnished. The geese were beautiful creatures on the pond. A bit noisy in the early evening, but did not disturb us by bedtime!!! We have good pictures of the geese and their goslings!!! Thanks Mary!!!

My family and I spent Memorial Day week-end at Mary's townhouse. Mary stopped by and met my family the first night we were there. The unit was very clean and neat, and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Mary was very accomodating and mailed items that I neglected to pack when leaving Cary. Overall, everything was very pleasant.

I rented this condo along with several other guys for a golf trip to NC and this was a great value and central location for us. Its very close to RDX and close to all major highways so travel was a breeze. restaurants were also a very short drive away. All in all this was a clean and convenient place to stay and Mary (the owner)was extremely accomodating and friendly. If youre looking for a clean & convenient stay at a very affordable price in the Cary area, this would be it. If youre looking for a luxurious condo with all the amenities that come with it you should look elsewhere.

I am so glad my townhouse was so convenient to all your golfing activities. The climate here makes golf a year-around sport. There are many amentities in the village of Cary, such as pools, biking paths, riding stables, playgrounds, hiking parks, biking social rides, libraries, and museums. At the townhouse, we have the lake and geese and lots of peace and quiet. That is our prime amenity!

The condo was in a great location to Raleigh, the Horse Park and freeways. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and cozy. The condo might be a little small for 6 people, but for part of our stay we had 4 people and it was perfect. Sitting on the back porch sipping coffee, listening to birds and running water was an aditional bonus.

I am glad my townhouse was so convenient for all your activities. Sitting on the deck in the morning listening to the birds is a great breakfast. At night, the fountain is illiminated for a romantic glass of beverage. Please come again when you are in Raleigh.

Mary was a very gracious hostess to our eight-night stay in North Carolina. The townhome was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. She made herself available to any needs we may have had, but as we found out, short of stocking the house with food, we really didn't have any needs.
The house was clean, bright and overlooked a fish-filled, goose-visiting pond that made it seem very rural. We were in fact, close to shopping, restaurants and the venue we were there to visit. We hope to once again visit the beautiful area and we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Mary's once again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
