Finca Quatracamins is a beautifully designed and luxurious villa in a very private setting. It has all the character of a typical Mallorcan country house with modern styling inside. Set down its own long driveway with far reaching country views its still only a few minutes drive from the pretty town of Cas Concos plus a short 10 minute drive from the beaches and amenities of Cala D'Or.

The Finca itself is situated in beautiful large private gardens with magnificent lawns surrounding the beautiful pool area. Inside, the house is spacious, light and airy with elegant and comfortable furniture. This living space is a mix of modern and trad...itional design - with stone walls and cool white walls, comfortable seating on corner sofas, and paintings on the walls. There's also satellite tv here and a stereo and dvd. Through a wide stone archway, the dining room has a long dining table and chairs. The kitchen is modern with black granite work-surfaces with a breakfast table and chairs, and appliances including a dishwasher.

Also on the ground-floor are the three twin bedrooms. The first twin room, off from the dining room is large in size and is en-suite. The two twin rooms off from the living room share a large terrace with lovely views over the pool and gardens. There's another great bathroom here too, with a walk-in shower and double sinks. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

On the first floor is a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, with a corner bath. There is a large private terrace from here overlooking the gardens and out over the countryside. There's also an extra room on this floor: a second lounge area which is the perfect place for spending quiet time reading and relaxing.

The gardens and outside space at Finca Quatracamins are particularly well-designed and very private. The sectioned off swimming pool makes this a great place for young children. A long covered terrace runs along the house, joining it to the garden. The terrace and the garden have amazing far reaching views of the pretty open countryside stretching to Cala D'Or. The garden itself is has extensive lawned areas complete with its own 500 year old olive tree!. There are great facilities for relaxing and eating outside - with a covered barbecue area, and lots of elegant garden furniture and sofas for enjoying a relaxing sundown.

The house is set down a long driveway with gates. There's plenty of parking space here as well. Finca Quatracamins is a really special villa, combining the traditions of Mallorcan design with a modern twist. It's the perfect place for a family holiday - with its child-friendly gardens and spacious rooms - or for a luxurious holiday with friends. It's in a beautiful part of the Mallorcan countryside and is still just a short drive away from all the restaurants, cafes and galleries of Cala D'Or and also its lovely bays and coves.
