Our family of 14, 7 adults and 7 kids from 8-14, took the entire B and B for five nights.
Deborah, the owner, was easy to work with for the booking and the stay.
The location is perfect for the many nearby attractions around Colorado Springs, and Cascade is high enough to be much cooler than the city.
Our breakfasts and service were good. The dinning room is big enough for a crowd, and the outdoor patio and front porch matched our need to spread out.
The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, but some of the adults would have preferred better mattresses.
There was no washer and dryer available, and towels were not refreshed, but a laundromat was nearby.
The guest kitchen is small, and we did all of our own dinners. A bigger, better-equipped kitchen would have been a real plus, but it was an inconvenience, not a handicap. The igniter on the outside grill was not working, but Deborah was ready with long matches.
The TVs are old and unreliable. Cable service was temperamental, but may have been related to the weather on some occasions.
Cell service was very poor for aTT.
The onsite wireless network was reliable and fast.
All in all it was a good experience, but it is not a luxurious accommodation.
