Unit two is a one bedroom, one bath second floor unit. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Wonderful experience---beautiful beach and "home" away from home...actually have visited several other times..with the girlfriends! We love it..laid back and just a great place to"visit" and hang out!...be sure to check out the sunsets on the swings!

We love Westwind. I have been staying here for a number of years. Debbie is wonderful and so accomadating.The apartments are so well kept: they are clean, bright and well maintained. Location, Location, location, the sunsets cant be beat!!!

We have been returning to West Wind for many years. We love the location on the beach and apt. #2 is our favorite. The units are clean and well appointed and maintained. There are many nice restaurants in the area and it is very close to shopping and the downtown area of Venice.

Our family has been enjoying the secluded beaches of Casey Key and the West Wind for over 40 years. The tropical setting is like having a private beach playground right out your backdoor. The warm azur-blue water, white sand beaches and beautiful natural setting all conspire to make this property a true beach haven. The property itself is clean and well cared for, has amazing views, and lots of privacy. The friendly staff ensures that you have everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Be prepared to fall in love with Casey Key and begin your own 40 year beach tradition!

My wife and I discovered the West Wind apartments over 20 years ago---it became our second home whenever we could get away to Florida. It is a modest and hidden gem located in a non commercial area, owned and meticulously maintained by a caring "old Florida" family. Each unit sits immediately on the beach and the Gulf of Mexico with "in your face" sunsets. They are also literally steps away from the Intracoastal Waterway and the Venice Jetty, and lots of fishing and boating activities. Management is attentive and reliable. There are other good places on Casey Key, but this one is very special.
