Casole is a gorgeous split level apartment part of a lovely country house surrounded by unspoilt countryside and with stunning views of the rolling hills beyond. The apartment opens onto a patio and garden area, whilst on the first floor is a large terrace enjoying lovely views. Close to the apartment is a pretty swimming pool ideal for relaxing whilst enjoying the peace and tranquillity.

Casole, is a characteristic apartment very nicely furnished in Tuscan style. On two floors, the ground floor consists of a living room with settee, fireplace, kitchen area with dining table and chai...rs, and a shower w/c. Steps leads to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms, a further shower room and a lovely large terrace with lovely views of the countryside and pool. Patio doors from the living room open onto the patio and garden area which is furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco. There is a barbecue for guests use and a pretty swimming pool (10m x 5m) with hydro massage corner and surrounded by lawns is in a sunny position below the house.

The little medieval town of Casole d?Elsa is only 2.5 km away and joy to explore. It has a selection of bars, restaurants, local shops and a small supermarket. Other sights in the area such as San Gimignano, Florence, and Siena to name but a few of the beautiful towns of Tuscany are all within easy driving distance.

The country house where apartment Casole is situated also houses No 115 Apt Elsa. The two apartments can be interconnecting on request via a first floor doorway making them a perfect choice for larger parties of up to 10 persons. These two apartments form one half of the country house, the other half of the house is reserved for the use of the local owner and his family.
