Casa Nunziatina is a charming two-story ancient house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Casa Nunziatina you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of San Marco di Castellabate and of the coastline. Casa Nunziatina is 170 square meters (1830 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be in the medieval historic center of Castellabate , where you will find the shops and the stop for the local bus. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) awa...y and a grocery store at 200 meters (220 feet). You will reach Casa Nunziatina from the street level going up approximately 35 stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Nunziatina you will need a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 20 meters (65 feet), along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).
"When an outsider comes to the South he cries twice: when he arrives and when he leaves." This phrase is taken from the popular film, Benvenuti al Sud (Welcome to the South), which was a huge box office hit in 2010.
It gives a funny, light-hearted glimpse into the cultural and regional differences of our marvelous and quirky country. Some of scenes in this movie were filmed right here at Casa Nunziatina. If you've seen it, you'll easily recognize the kitchen which was the setting of many comic scenes in the film.

The terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of San Marco di Castellabate and of the coastline.
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
The furnishings of the dining room are cozy and comfortable, and include some antique pieces. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The furnishings include a sofa. From the dining room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat four guests. The kitchen has a window with a partial view of the sea.
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen through an access area.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor through an access area.
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
