Delightful apartment located inside a residence consisting of 15 houses, located just 30 meters away from the sea at Castellammare del Golfo.
From the house it is possible to access a small cove called La Campana which, despite being in the town, is reasonably peaceful, even during the high season, as it is not very well known. Access to the sea is via a private stairway reserved for guests staying at the residence. The shore has a pebbly beach and low rocks.
