Casa Iolanda A is a cozy apartment situated in an elegant eighteenth-century building. It sleeps three people. It is appoximately 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a wide shared terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Castellammare di Stabia , where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the EAV bus interno Castellammare di Stabia line at 50 meters (165 feet).
Casa Iolanda A is located on the fourth floor o...f an ancient building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 90 stairway steps. The building has no elevator.
For a succesful stay at Casa Iolanda A we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).
Apartments Iolanda belongs to an ancient historical building in the heart of the town of Castellammare di Stabia, a place rich in history and culture, located at the edge of the Sorrento coast .
Tastefully decorated, these apartments have all the comforts to make your stay unforgettable. They are downtown, a few meters from the Cathedral, the excavations and Villa Stabiae ; moreover, you could have wonderful walks enjoying the beautiful landscape of the Sorrento coast.
You'll be also only 50 meters (55 yards) far from the Circumvesuviana: from there, you can reach Sorrento, Pompei , Herculaneum and Naples by train, in a very easy and comfortable way.
In the same station you will find the cable car which quickly connects you to the beautiful forests of Mount Faito, where you can immerse yourself in nature.
The harbour is only a 10 minute walk far. From here, hydrofoils and ferries will take you to Capri , Sorrento and Naples.
The terrace is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is equipped with sun loungers and a swing. From the terrace you will have a pleasant view of the surrounding buildings. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
The ceiling of the kitchen is sloped and has an height of 1.50 meters (5 feet) at its lowest point. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. There is a table to seat four guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a television. The kitchen has a double-glazed window overlooking the terrace.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the kitchen. This room has no door. The ceiling is sloped and has an height of 1.25 meters (4.1 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include an armchair. In this room you will find a television. The room has a double-glazed window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
