Apartment with 2 bedrooms (max. 4-5 people), newly built (June’07), in Castelldefels (Barcelona). 300 meters (350 yards) from beach and center. Fully equipped (1 large bed and 2 single beds, independent living room, bath, kitchen, kitchenware, and equipped with fridge, electric cooking, oven, microwave, washing machine, Plasma TV, air conditioning (Heat/Cool)) and furnished. Cleaning and towels/blankets change twice a week. Swimming pool and parking. Free Broadband Wifi, Cable and satellite TV channels, supplies (water, electricity). Private Safety Box. Very quiet area (residential...family houses around us) but just 5 minutes walk from either Castelldefels beach or the village of Castelldefels (where to find all services).
Bus and train stations at less than 300 meters (350 yards) from apartments. Both with connections with Barcelona city. By car, connected with airport (10km) and Barcelona city (18km..11 miles) on 2 tollfree highways.
