Beautiful independent restored villa (400 sqm) sleeping 10 with private pool, astro turf tennis court,and gardens. Located in panoramic position on a Chianti Hillside only 5km from Castellini in Chianti. The private swimming pool (6/10m) is situated on the side of a hill above the house with 180 degree views over the surrounding countryside. The tennis court was built in 2007 and enjoys stunning views. There are 2 double bedrooms, 3 twin bedded rooms, 4 bathrooms. The cities of Sienna (30 mins) and Florence (50 mins) are within easy access by car. Castellini is a most charming village steeped in history with excellent local shops.

Masseto is in a stunning location in a lovely part of Tuscany. We had a perfect stay there - loved the atmosphere, the garden, the space inside & out. We were worried our teenagers would get bored but the pool and the games room took care of that!

Masseto is a fantastic villa in a beautiful setting. The tranquil countryside immediately relaxes you and the villa has a perfect balance of traditional and modern. We've stayed there twice and will definitely return again.

We have stayed here many times and hope it will be many more. The addition of the tennis court ( with one of the best views in Europe ) was a great idea. The position of Villa Masseto is ideal, being almost mid-way between Florence and Sienna. It's a spacious,comfortable house with ample
reception rooms and delightful bedrooms. -

Four of us travelers from California, U.S.A. were amazed at how spacious Villa Masseto is. One week was not long enough to enjoy all the villa and the surrounding area has to offer. This villa feels like home. It's perfect for a large family reunion with snooker, games, tennis, swimming pool, for all ages, cook in, barbecue out, a lazy stroll round the property. It's also ideal for groups of friends who want their own privacy, but then come together around the large dining table in the evening. We have wonderful memories and definitely want to go back and have told many friends about Villa Masseto.
