La Capanna is an amazing stone granary on two floors, immersed in the paeceful and astonishing landscape of the tuscan hills. It is set in the famous winery of Castell'in Villa.
"La Capanna" has been renovated with a refined style and attention for every detail.
The ground floor is very spacious and luminous thanks to the several large windows and glass doors. It constits of a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, electric oven, 5-range gas burner stove, fridge/freezer), a dinning area and a spacious living room with elegant furniture and a fire-place.

Rates
- 2100/week;
- 900/three days – Minimun stay
- Prices include: electricity, water, final cleaning, towels (inc pool towels), bed linens and taxes.
- An extra 10% is charged for heating.
Notes:
- Period of stay is from Saturday to Saturday. Other arrival days can be considered in low season.
- Arrival is between 2pm – 8pm
- Departure by 12am
- Linen is changed weekly
- Animals allowed on request depending on size
Booking and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking.
- The balance has to be paid 4 weeks before arrival
- If a booking is made 4 weeks or less before arrival, full payment is required on booking.
Cancellation fees
Length of time before arrival when we receive your cancellation in writing.
- 30% deposit - non refundable
- between 4 weeks - 3 weeks before arrival - lose 50%
- At 3 weeks or less before arrival - 100%
We strongly recommend all customers to purchase trip cancellation / travel insurance.
Late Arrival / Early Departure
No refunds will be due, if the customer is unable to arrive on the expected day due to travel problems. This also applies in the case of early departure.

Securuty Deposit
A security deposit of Euros 200 is requested in cash upon arrival and will be refunded on departure after deduction of any extra charges or breakages.

Stayed for a week in early October. Weather was perfect. Not too far from Siena, but it's a tough place to leave.
We stayed in La Capanna, a two bedroom villa. Perfect for two couples.
Also, the on grounds restaurant is wonderful, with different dishes every night.
Always felt welcome and we are looking forward to going back -

tucked into the Siena Country side, Castell in Villa provided the perfect vacation home; and it was truly a home with all the comforts of home. From its long country table and complete modern kitchen and fireplace, for those days we cooked at home nothing could be better. Clean, clean, Clean. Just minutes to Siena, Premium Chianti vinyards (including its own Super Premium wines) and small, but incredible local resturants.
