This spacious yet traditional property is set within a charming village location and offers high quality accommodation for up to eight people. This spacious, traditional cottage is situated in the little village of Kilshannig on the outskirts of Castlegregory. Located on the Dingle Peninsula, 18 miles from Tralee, this property provides sea views to the front and offers four en-suite bedrooms in addition to bright, open-plan living accommodation on the ground floor. With access via patio doors to the well-established garden, this peaceful home from home is set in a lovely region ideal for escaping the rush of daily life. The surrounding area... is full of excellent amenities and activities, all within easy driving distance.

Amenities: Oil central heating with open fire in sitting area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with basic Satellite. Fuel and power charged from meter reading. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Well-established garden with gravelled area, garden furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 10 mins walk, beach 2 mins walk.

Region: County Kerry is a mystical and unspoilt part of Ireland, with spectacular natural beauty and a fascinating history. Facing the Atlantic Ocean, it features many sandy beaches, rocky inlets and stunning peninsulas.

Town: Situated on the north side of the Dingle Peninsula, the coastal village of Castlegregory is home to a good selection of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. This pretty little settlement provides access to the longest beach in Ireland, which stretches from the nearby Maharees Peninsula to Cloghane village – a distance of 12 miles. Castlegregory Golf and Fishing Club is just a short distance from the village centre whilst pony trekking, scuba diving, surfing, windsurfing, canoeing and waterskiing are all available on the Maharees and in the surrounding area. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  A wonderfully located place to stay. Near to many beautiful beaches that were not over crowded and enjoyed many a long walk with our dog. The house is modern and clean - with all the home from home conveniences. The only thing that wasn't made clear to us was the fuel charge. We put 12 euros into the inhouse metre of which we were informed and then we were also charged another 40 euros for fuel by the owners. Rather expensive for a week with hardly any heating used we thought. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay.
