The villa is 2km north of the coastal EN125 road at Praia Verde & 5 minutes from A22 motorway junction 17 near Spain. The beautiful, unspoilt beach of Praia Verde is close by, as are the beaches of Manta Rota, Altura and Monte Gordo, with its lively cafes, restaurants and casino. Close to lovely golf courses, scenic tourist drives and on the edge of a large nature reserve, with designated nature trails and bird watching facilities. The cosmopolitan town of Vila Real at the Spanish border on the Guadiana is a 10 minute drive and is home to the unique new sports, athletics & tennis stadium, marina, ferryboat to Spain, supermarkets and shops specialising in towels and linen. The towns of Altura & Castro Marim are 5 minutes away with supermarkets, bakers and daily indoor markets with fresh fish, meat, fruit & vegetables - a real treat. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner/advertiser. Payment may be made by cheque to a British Bank Account or by Bank Transfer in British Pounds or Euros.
During the main school holiday periods, bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday. However, there is great flexibility at all other times, so please feel free to ask. Standard check-in time is from 4 pm (16.00 hours) on the day of arrival, through to check-out by 10 am (10.00 hours) on the day of departure - local Portuguese/UK time. This is to ensure that preparation and cleaning of the house is not jeopardized for the next guest.
A 25% deposit of the total amount is required to secure your booking - where there is a long lead-time until the holiday we are happy for the deposit to be paid in instalments. The outstanding balance must be settled at least one month before check-in. The deposit is non-refundable on cancellation, unless we can re-sell the holiday. We strongly recommend that you cover all eventualities by a travel/accident insurance policy.
Guests provide their own meals.

A casa está bem localizada perto de tudo mas num local calmo e sossegado, na melhor zona do algarve. A casa corresponde à descrição, é espaçosa, está bem decorada e limpa. As crianças não se saturam pois têm uma piscina bem tratada sempre à disposição assim como diversos brinquedos e jogos.
A recepção foi excelente e os caseiros são muito simpáticos e estão sempre disponiveis para ajudar.
Recomendo esta casa a quem quer passar umas férias relaxadas e com comodidade. -
