Amenities include an oceanfront covered porch, gazebo, upper level deck, and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Caswell Beach, a four mile stretch from Country Club Drive and Oak Island's old bridge to the east end of the island, is primarily comprised of a pencil thin strip of land, home to a single road and two rows of houses. Katy Lou's Place provide the perfect house for 4 girlfriends to have a relaxing Memorial Day week vacation. Beautiful setting, oceanfront, great view, terrific location, easy access to shopping and restaurants, comfortable bedrooms, great porch to end the day with drinks and laughter.
