We really enjoyed our stay at 107 Pebby Beach Rd, Unit B. The unit was spotless and comfortable. The location can't be beat. The balcony is also a huge plus. Picking up the keys and dropping them off couldn't have been easier. We would stay here again!

This property was the perfect location for our group. We all loved tha view from the balcony; the beautiful sunsets over the water with the gorgeous landscape in the background. I was pleasantly surprised that even though the condo is located above the bike shop and several other little stores that there were no loud noises or disturbances. It was always quiet up above. The one down side to our stay was the free wifi was spotty at best inside the condo; on the balcony the signal seemed to improve. However, the rental office worked tirelessly to fix the issue. I would definitely recommend this location and this agency to anyone going to Catalina for good time and great spot to stay; just keep in mind staying "unplugged"!

A very nice new unit in a good location. We
comfortably walked to everything in town. The unit
was as pictured in the advertisement, though somewhat
smaller rooms than expected. The only negatives were
the lack of air conditioning that was only partially
compensated by the ceiling fans, and the early
morning noise from the street traffic as apparently
the building is located on the main thoroughfare to
town. We definitely recommend this location and we
would choose it again if we have a return visit. -

The condo at 107 Pebbly Beach was fantastic! The location was perfect- right on the main strip. We loved having a balcony overlook the harbor. The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms and decor were beautiful. We would definately stay there again. The only thing I would want changed is not having to take the trash out. Not that big of a deal but one more thing to have to do when leaving. It was a little loud in the morning because we were on the main road, but we also had our windows open. Still wonderful and worth the view and location.

This vacation home was in a perfect location, close to everything, and was so cute! Very clean, nicely furnished and perfect for our girls weekend. We hope to rent this home every summer for years to come!

The check in was easy and fast. The home was nice, but a little smaller then I expected. The carpeting was a little dirty, but the location and view were expectional.

Renting from Catalina Island Vacation Rentals is easy and the service is extraordinary! They go out of their way to help you choose the right venue for you and your family/friends. 107 Pebbly Beach is the ideal location with the best view imaginable. The condo is beautifully decorated and clean as a whistle. Any time of day you can visit your own balcony for the view you see in the picture and more. Rising suns with the bustle of Avalon waking up, or lights over the water with the soft sounds of the local club wafting over to you. Right downstairs you can rent bikes or golfcarts and shopping, dining, groceries are just steps or a couple blocks away. EASY walking access from your ferry too! For a family of three or four or two couples, this is THE perfect destination!

We had a great time but the narrow condo was just to over-crowded with large furniture. Please remove the dining room table and 6 chairs! Or even the large wall unit and hang the flat screen on the wall.
The location is great and everything else was wonderful.

The views are absolutely breathtaking, especially on the roof top deck, the decor is lush and you feel right at home. I would highly recommend this 2 unit complex for couples or even a small family. It is located close to the harbor and your right above a bike & golf cart rental.

This was our first visit to Catalina Island. What a great condo to experience it. The location was directly across from the harbor and the view of the bay was wonderful. We could walk to all the shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the decor of the unit and all the amenities it offered.
The staff of Catalina Island Vacation Rentals went above and beyond their duties to help us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend renting this condo and would certainly rent it again next time we visit Catalina. -

Our group consisted of two adult couples. We stayed two nights at this beautifully new condo. The decor is very good taste and professional done. The ameneties are of the highest quality.
The location is ideal as it is within a very short walking distance to the Avalon entertainment/shopping locations. The view from the balcony is great and overlooks the harbor and faces the Casino.
We will stay here again and will bring the kids next time.
