Overall the place was an 8+, however the bedroom carpets need shampooed, and some of the exterior lights are out on the 2nd floor hallway

Catalina in mid summer is *expensive*. But what are you going to do?
107C Pebbly Beach is a very nice condo right on the water. A little noisy with road traffic during the day and until about 10pm.
The condo has 2 queen beds. Sleeping on the couch is dicey as it is short and lacks extra bedding. Maybe it pulls out? I didn't check, -

We all had a very good time staying here and location of the condo was great. The place was very clean and we were able to check in late with out a problem.
Service was great also, they work with us for a late check out for an extra fee and even mailed the watch I forgot there back to my house.
My only issues was that we had to wash all the dishes, take all the garbage out and dump it outside in the dumpster. You pay a cleaning fee of $105 when you stay here, I would think taking out the garbage and washing the dishes would be included in the cleaning fee.
Other than that one little issues everything else was great. -

There were 6 of us girls taveling to the Island together so we rented the two Pebbly Beach units. We all agreed that we would go back in a heartbeat. The units were clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Location and view were awesome.

While my stay on the island i couldnt ask for a better location even the locals said it was the best place on the island.Breath taking view and all the things you"ll need as if you were at your own home.And the rental office was extremely nice and went out of their way to make my stay the best ! I've traveled alot and never had such great service anywhere.Home owner Misa did an great job with the decor and layout. I am coming back in a couple of weeks cause it was that relaxing.

Upon arriving, we found the bed sheets to be dirty and smelled. The unit appeared just as shown in pictures, very nice and contemporary. The balcony view is GREAT. The friendly downstairs neighbors at Brown's bikes were very friendly and helpful.

I rented this condo for my Brother-in-law's 40th
birthday. It was very nice and comfortable! I
highly recommend it.
After walking the island, we realized the condo is
in a perfect location. It's only a 2 min walk
to/from the Catalina Express docks and a 2 min
walk to the main hub of Avalon. The best part is
that it's just far enough away from the bar crowd
noise on weekend nights.
The staff was friendly, prompt and accommodating!
My only suggestion is to the condo owner, It would
be nice if some of the furniture was down-sized.
ie: coffee table, entertainment center, and less
chairs. More open space is better for a place like
that. -

This condo was beautiful. It is nice and new which is one of the reasons I chose it. The decorations are very contemporary and comfortable. We had a total of 5 people there and it was perfect. The view was awesome and it is close to the ferry and everything else you need.

We highly recommend this comfortable, modern condo with great views of the harbor. It is a quick walk into the center of town, so you feel close to activities without being in the middle of the crowds. Checking in was easy and everything we needed was in the unit.

We enjoyed our stay, the condos were well equipped with everything we needed, and Warm! It was very cold outside. The porch light outside was a bother, however. I would definately go again and wouldnt' mind staying in these condos again

I have rented quite a few places on Catalina Island and I am convinced that there is nothing else available that compares to this property. The in town location is perfect and the view of Avalon harbor is fabulous. Unlike most in town Catalina Island rentals which are pretty funky, this property is new and pristine!
