This is a beautifully decorated, new town home in the heart of Avalon and just a short walk to the beach. With two master bedroom suites upstairs, it's perfect for two couples or a family. The first master suite faces the ocean and has sliding doors to a small, step-out private balcony; the 3/4 bath has a large adjoining walk-in closet. No negative aspects anywhere. It was clean and well appointed. A bit of an uphill hike that would be a small problem for some one will mobility issues. We had to change reservations from a different property at the last minute and Civr was great about it. No hassle and refunded the difference in price without my even asking about it.

We were 2 couples going to Catalina for the Jazz Festival. We arrived Thursday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the condo was. Plenty of room for 4 adults, clean, great views and close to downtown avalon. However, very quiet neighborhood, so sitting on the balcony in the mornings for coffee and evenings with a glass of wine was peaceful and enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again.

My favorite rental to stay in avalon. Beautiful home, updated and fabulous! Superb service from Chay in the rental office!
Unit does need a bit of heavy cleaning. Carpets, bed linens are looking worn but still the best place in Catalina. -

I rented two townhouses next door to one another for my party of 12. The houses were very modern, clean, nice and well equipped for a weekend stay or more. Very spacious living areas and an awesome view of the waterfront when you wake up in the morning. I would come back and stay here again.

This unit has a nice view of avalon harbor from the master suite. The unit was clean and located in a quiet area. The master bedding could be upgraded. The kitchen cabinets are nice granite throughout but is poorly outfitted and the living room furniture is worn. The carpet needs replacing its stained and loose in areas. The Master bathroom is nice and the shower in huge no bath tub. The queen suite is very nice although the dresser had a broken drawer.

The location was great but too steep. A golf cart should be provided for renters as a convenience.It would be an added attraction.
Anybody with knee problems should think twice as the slope is steep and many stairs especially with luggage..otherwise perfect.

If you are looking for the absolute nicest place to stay on the island, this is it. Flat screens, deluxe kitchen, great views, tons of space inside, everything practically band new, you name it. Picture a 5 star Vegas hotel room, but much much larger, and in a town where most of the hotels and rental units are "rustic". The walk to the beach is a tiny bit longer than some of the other rentals, but still extremely close.

The best place we've stayed yet. Great downtown location. Only drawback is VERY steep hill and many, many steps. You'd better be in shape and don't bring a lot of luggage you can't carry. Highgly recommened!!

condo lacking on some things...had to request a toaster, extra blankets.. nobody new that the sofa bed needed blowing up..maybe a list about the place and things to look for would be nice.
Like the area...would stay again
