Continuing on down the entry hall, you’ll climb four steps up and then four steps down to enter the spacious laundry room. Next you’ll enter the 2nd bedroom with double bed, TV, and ¾ bath. You walk through the second bedroom to get to the third bedroom with the queen bed. You can access the upper second level by walking up nine interior... steps, where you will find the bright, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and window A/C, a large comfortable living room with a 37-inch flat panel TV, a piano, and the half bath. The upstairs living area can also be directly accessed through a rear entry just off Sunny Lane (only 6 steps). Approximately 1600 Sq Ft

Very comfortable. There were 7 in our party and found the place comfortable and meeting all our needs. The only thing negative I can say about the unit is it's located on a busy corner with lots of noisey gas powered golf carts.

The house is neat and clean and while located on a very busy corner, has the living areas in the back of the house where it is quieter. It is conveniently located 1 block from the stores and eateries and avalon Beach. The kitchen has a wonderful view of the Catalina hills. It worked very well for the 7 of us.

The location was excellent for walking to the pier, beaches and anywhere in town. The house was clean, spacious with a great floor plan. The dining area was large for eating in and the kitchen was stocked with all the amenities to cook meals. My family missed not having a BBQ or Wi-Fi. The house décor is from back in the 80's, but very comfortable. My family would stay here again, despite the minor complaints.

Our group was amazed at how smooth key pick up went, beautiful house rental, and easy access to everything. We were 1block from the beach front. Walking was easy and fun. The kitchen is on the top floor and the large windows faced the street, great people watching.
This will be the rental we request for future visits. It was great!

Nice accommodations in a perfect location. Really enjoyed the musical instruments from our 1 yr old, 12 yr old, parents and grandparents. Beautiful antique furniture. Would not work well for those that find stair climbing difficult. Stairs are steep to kitchen and living room and there are stairs between bedrooms.

The upstairs was beautiful open and roomy. The kitchen is open and a great place to cook. The livingroom was open, condusive to conservation and t.v. watching.
The last bedroom needs some work, and looks unfinished. The middle bedroom can easily take a queen bed, and make it another master bedroom, if done differently.
I'd stay there again.

We loved the house. It was spacious - enough bathrooms - perfectly located. By keeping the windows open we had a wonderful breeze, the only draw back was the street noise from the cars and golf carts going by. But that didn't keep us from having a wonderful time!!!

The home on Sumner was a great place to stay. About 3 block to town, and not that far from the beach club. The interior needed a little updating, but the home is well kept and very cozy. We had a great time and the home was perfect for our needs.

We had such a great family trip staying at this house. We arrived a little earlier than check-in and were able to get the keys. The house was very spacious and comfortable for two families. All we had to do was buy groceries, everything else was there. The location was perfect, it was walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely make this a yearly family trip. We can't wait to go back!
