This is a bright and airy one bedroom villa with an exquisite ocean view from all rooms. French doors open from the bedroom and the living room to the balcony where you can relax and take in the views. The well stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is next to the cozy dining area. You take two steps down to the living room with the queen sofa sleeper, a 40-inch flat panel TV, DVD player, and a tower speaker with an iPod dock. The condo was fabulous and OMG what a view! We had everything we needed. It we great to have a golf cart to cruise around with the kids and the property grounds were beautiful! Highly recommended

This unit was a great place to stay for us. It has a terrific view and all the amenities you would expect.
My only gripe was the quality of the mattress on the fold-out sofa, but the kids didn't seem to mind.
Having a golf cart was very nice to explore places that may be too far on foot. Being a little outside avalon was also very nice -- it can get pretty noisy on the weekends. Hamilton Cove has a pretty strict no-noise policy, and many of the people there have small children that go to bed early. I really enjoyed the peace.
Important to note that this is not a good place for anyone who can't hike up several flights of stairs.
I would gladly stay here again. -

Easily the best deal on the island! We had an amazing weekend, the staff was so helpful and friendly. The villa was gorgeous and all the amenities were perfect!

The people at the Catalina rental were very acommadating. We love the condo and loved having the golf cart to get around. We enjoyed our night stay very much. Next time we will stay longer.

Had a great time at this wonderful condo, everything was as listed and more. Beautiful views, what a great way to wake up! Wish I could live there, but since I can't, it's nice to know there is such a great place to stay. Just be ready to climb the stairs.

Nice condo...A little outdated though. No air-conditioning and no cross breeze made it very hot. Beautiful location and property and loved using the golf cart to get around the town.

The place/view was perfect! I have a 1 year old boy that needs hes special diet. I had all that I needed to cook for him in the villa. We are planing on going next year again. The only bad thing was the stairs, we had to be carrying the car seat and the stroller up a lot of stairs.
